What's new

Heading home

Yea, I own a restaurant here in St George. I am always concerned "Did I take care of my customers?, even though they said "It was good". People here are always nice. You never know if you messed up, and it is going to come back and bite you. People here are hard to read. Did you do good?

And are you from Utah or a transplant?

@JazzTalk The food at George's leaves a lot to be desired, but it is hands down the best place to meet in Southern Utah for Internet tough guy standoffs, so you have that going for you, which is nice.

I am a Utah Mormon. I have also lived and done business in Houston, and on Long Island. Our Restaurant in St George is Two Men and a Ladle. (control your urges with the jokes) We are a soup shop. Dealing folks in the east, I have learned the folks will honestly tell you their opinion good or bad. You understand where you stand. Here everything is good. They just don't come back if they do not like you.

the best. If you like getting smack with a ladle by my brother-in, an old construction worker. I didn't think you were into that type of stuff. I understand UGLI does. Just rumors. The Soup Nazi has nothing on him.

Um,noted.

My bad, I was trying to say that my mom was the opposite of your wife. We lived in Tooele for 2 years and she hates it to this day. Of course, it seems I omitted many details that would have made it look less like a random stream of banal consciousness

Yes. There aren't too many ways to use that. Try using it in a limerick. Rhyming rules. Canal doesn't quite work. Well unless you're one of those pretentious types that pronounce it so it does.
