Was it though? He knows that Mississippi State is a dumpster fire.... He also knows they are bound to be irrelevant shortly.

Let's be honest here:

Utah has beaten Alabama more recently than Miss St.

Utah has beaten teams that FINISHED in the top 5 more recently than Miss St.

Heck, when is the last time Miss St has beaten a team that ended the year with more than 10 wins.

Let's be honest. Miss St is nothing more than the product of an easy schedule. 4 patsy OOC games with Kentucky, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Arkansas, etc.

I move that Cy can't talk crap until Miss St actually beats someone of note.

Miss St sucks, has sucks, still sucks, and yet for some unknown reason Cy still talks crap when in reality he should just hush up until Miss St does anything remarkable.
 
A team that was ranked #1 last year for 5 weeks sucks and has never beaten anyone of note. Got it.

Who cares what happened in the past though. We are talking about this year.

This year Utah has played no one while Miss St. went to the wire with a team most people believe will be in the playoffs at the end of the year and have the Heisman favorite.

Why would anyone schedule a bunch of OOC games when they have a strong schedule in conference?

It's not the Pac-12 where you get to play 5 ****ty teams in conference and just cruise.

Guys, don't waste your time going back and forth with Cy. Just stay quiet and come in here and laugh at him when MSU loses to Auburn this week.

If they lose to Auburn, I will definitely concede that is Miss St. is probably as bad as Utah this year.
