Iirc, the 4th biggest city in the US! Got to be a pretty crazy place

Are you from utah? If not, what made you a jazz fan?

Yeah it's pretty busy! But there's a lot to do. I love this city but the biggest issue about it is you have to plan your life around peak traffic and temperatures. Outside of that it's not a bad place at all.

I am from Utah. I grew up in SLC and moved to Texas in my early twenties for school and now work. I still rep the Jazz at Rockets games and listen to Locke daily. It makes me feel closer to home. Although, I must admit I am shopping around for some 'Stros gear. Playoffs were heartbreaking!

I have always found them thoroughly heinous, if i'm being honest. Obvs just my opinion. In terms of "should I rock them _____" I'd say do whatever the hell you want. Going against conventions is always fun.

Ayy you rock raw denim, right? I just picked up my first pair - APC Petit Standard's. I am wondering, did you hem? I didn't and am rocking fat stax but am curious what your thoughts are on hem vs. no hem.

I'm too old for this ****.

I wore carharrt jeans and a tshirt yesterday, today it's the same carharrt jeans and a polo. My whole wardrobe is probably cheaper than one of Dal's outfits lol.

Me too. In warm weather its boardshorts (or swim trunks) and a sleevless t-shirt or tank top or jazz jersey. In winter its workout pants and hoodies. Not much variety to my wardrobe

I'm trying to remember the last time I didn't wear a t-shirt and a pair of Vans.

I'm laughing at how pegged pants have come back around.
I was a sophomore in HS last time. It was awful then and it's awful now.

I where board shorts and a t shirt most every day of the year.
To work I replace the t for a polo a couple days per week.

I have a KILLER fashion wardrobe of suits, belts, ties, and shoes that I thankfully only have to pull something out of maybe once per year for a wedding or funeral and twice per year (tops) for a super important business meeting with northeastern yanks.

Most days I wear my raggiest clothes and drive my desert truck.
And my clients and investors seem way more comfortable than if I wear and drive my best.

right now I'm wearing the kurta pajama set that my girlfriend's brother brought me over from India, an Indian waistcoat, trusty old Birkenstock clogs, and (seriously) a top hat adorned with my little chickens' feathers. They're the most comfortable clothes I own.

Does pegged pants mean when you fold the bottoms over and roll them up like in those pics a few posts ago?
I remember doing that around 9th grade. And I agree that it's awful

Yeah I think that's what he's referring to. It's more common in raw denim because they come in 37 inch inseams.

Yeah, they would/do first fold them sideways to tighten the bottoms and then roll upward for a tightness.

Turbo bad.

I am dying at the mental image. The chicken feathers set it off tho. You're not so bad NAOS.

I really don't like having a bunch of different stuff in my closet. I started wearin Carharts for work so I just bought a bunch of the same pair of pants.
