i can't believe the change in tone on this board since sloan left town.

the williams-hate is way out of control. some of you don't realise how ridiculous you sound.
 
Deron is what brought me back to the NBA/JAZZ after the Stockton/Malone era. I took a few years off and a friend told me to watch Deron and I would come back to the Jazz. I took his advice and I am glad I did. Deron is an act of his own. If he goes somewhere I will still be a Jazz fan (as always), but I will wear a Dwill Jersey of his new team unless its the Lakers. No one can make me cheer for the Lakers. No one.
 
D Will is my hero! Still the best point guard out in the West. He just wants to win. I'd be pissed too with the way we been playing lately
 
I am not necessarily a Deron homer, but all this talk of simply dropping one of the 10 best players in the league and arguably the best PG out there is just stupid talk. I think they do what they can to put a more talented team around Deron and if and when it becomes apparent he is really leaving they look at trades to get something in return rather than letting him leave for nothing as they have done so often in the past.

The weather is turning not-so-fair again.
 
I just find it funny that people miss Sloan after years of us saying he should quit. He should have quit before the season even began. Maybe we would be as good or worse but we could also be a lot better off than we are now.

He hasn't been the same since the 07 West finals.

I don't miss Sloan. He should have retired years ago. Unfortunately, with so many fans against DWill these days, I wouldn't be surprised if he left.

I don't know if I agree with that analysis, but that cat made me shoot diet coke out of my nose all over my keyboard. Cleared my sinuses right up. ****ed up my keyboard though.
 
Show a little respect and sticky this thread. Dude was the face of our franchise for... what, 5.5 years? He played his *** off for us. The Nets are definitely my team in the East now.
