Would the Raptors give us Delon Wright for Trey Burke? or do we need to throw something else in to get that deal done? Does Burke have negative value? Would we have to pay someone to take him?

I would like to see a trade happen but I don't see anyone giving up even marginal value for Burke. Is there a way out or are we just ****ed?
 
No way Raptors trade their first round pick from this draft for Burke. I honestly think if the Jazz brought in Nate Robinson (who was just waved by the Pelicans) he would play over Burke.
 
Burke's current value is a half eaten moldy pickle. lol

In all seriousness I think he will have a bounce back game on Friday. Last night was bad, even for him.

Karl Malone thinks Burke isn't worth much. Karl Malone would hope we could trade somebody one for one for the Jazz. Karl Malone wonders if Dallas would trade us Devin Harris for Trey Burke. Devin Harris could be a good year fill in.
 
Burke has zero trade value at this point. Could change if he plays a few decent games. Raps love Wright from what I hear.
 
I'd venture to say the Jazz could get Calderon for Burke straight up from the Knicks. Works in the trade finder. Calderon is owed 7.8 mil in '16/'17 though.

I would agree, but the value wouldn't be Trey... the value would come from us taking on his salary.

This is a plausible trade that I would consider though... I might try to get a sweetner, but we are going to have mega amounts of cap space next year and I doubt we are going to use much of it.

Calderon would be a great pick-up, the vet we need. Not a good defender but we have a pg who is a good defender. We need someone with experience to man the point while we wait for Dante. Calderon for two years would be fine. Moving Burke would be not only in the Jazz's best interests, but his as well.

Calderon is not good anymore. His shooting doesn't outweigh his negative on defense and he is not nearly the distributor he used to be.

Not saying Burke is necessarily a better option at this point, he looked like Calderon on defense last night, but Knicks trade Calderon for Burke without thinking twice.
