I love New York. I would move there in a heartbeat if I was offered a job with comparable salary.

I love it here, most natives don't. my mindset is a bit different though, I'm no worker bee, I'm here by choice. I'd probably leave the country before I left NY..

The women are smart and beautiful, anyone who tells ya otherwise probably doesn't have much game. Sure, some of the chicks here smell like Newports, some are blatant gold-diggers, some are aggressive like dudes, I curve chicks like that in a split second though, can spot em a mile away - they're a dime a dozen, just like everywhere else..

There's still suckers from all over the world, on every corner here, I love the diversity.

When I first moved to Brooklyn I was amazed at the underground poker scene too. If your into stuff like that, NY is truly awesome, I've seen some wild **** in those pokerrooms.

Back on topic, KAT is too legit. He better get ROTY over Okafor.

I had him pegged as the #1 pick from the very beginning last year. I always thought the Towns/Okafor debate was plain silly.

Okafor was born in the wrong era.

Towns has always been a winner... How many games has he even lost in the past few seasons? Makes it look relatively easy too.

Can't say I'm all that surprised the Wolves are playing so well early on. Thats whats supposed to happen when you gt the best player in the draft 2 years in a row.

If Rubio continues to play like this, they're gonna surprise teams because Towns and Wiggins are pretty damn good on a nightly basis already. Towns will lap the field in the ROY race if he keeps blocking shots at this rate.

4-2, Just watched the gameThey were beating ATL 72-42 on the road at halftime.. Minny was giving them fits on the perimeter, it was a massacre on the boards too, and Towns was the main culprit. LaVine lost the starting SG spot, but was awesome in his back-up PG minutes too - 6 ast, 3 stl, 0 to's 13 pts in 16m

17 points on 5-7 FG's for Towns... It's early but right now his stats are across the board better than Yao Ming's as a rookie.. which is pretty unbelievable.

For some, sure. It's what you make of it. Generalizing about the most diverse city in the world illustrates your lack of perspective... no?

I'm not sure how diversity is supposed to change the fact that it's kept up about as well as a cesspool.

It varies; some places are worse than others, if your broke then yeah. Continue on defending your blanket statements though, really compelling, cunning stuff (*Thumbs Up*)..

If you live in the South Bronx, and take the subway around, that's probably true. If you live in some Chinatown area, that's probably true. If you live in the Projects, that's probably true. Doesn't mean it applies to everyone though.. thats why you sound like a jealous outsider, who's generalizing and can't get into specifics - rather than a cunning linguist ..

I'm sure some areas in Harlem aren't all that well kept, I wouldn't really know, just passed thru there on the train a few times..

Conversely if you live in the Upper East Side, lets say East End avenue(overlooking the East river), or on Park Ave, 5th Ave, Lexington Ave, Madison Ave -- These places are well kept, same as many places downtown near Wall st. Park Slope in Brooklyn isn't dirty at all, they use the sidewalks to those brownstones shoot commercials all the time. The Parks are really well kept.. I'm not saying its the cleanest city in the world, if your a nancy who's worried about dirt or garbage, I suppose then it's not the place for you, It's really not a big deal though, depends on circumstance.

Is NYC Karl-Anthony's town?

Get it?

I love NYC. Have had some awesome times there. Never spent more than about 10 days at a time, though.
Wouldn't choose to live there, but if I ever end up doing so... I'll have a blast.

New York is amazing. Anybody who doesn't know is missing out. That said, I wouldn't want to live there. Short visits are good enough for me. I enjoy sleeping without being awoken by sirens too much.

It's gonna be Porzingis town, soon. He's the future king of the city, already the talk of the town, all of a sudden everyone knows his name -- It's crazy. They're gonna treat him like the next Patrick Ewing, I'm convinced.

Was at a sports bar the other night, with like ~500 people mostly watching the Knicks game, and the place exploded on one of those putback dunks.

Few of my Duke-fan friends are still pissed the Knicks passed on Justise though... :p
