With Jerry Sloan and Karl Malone still involved with the franchise, Snyder needs to consult with them on ways to get Favors open on the block more easily. Who better to ask than SLoan and Malone?

Easy. Just give the ball to Stockton and have him create for Favors.

Simple, get an NBA point guard cuz there isn't one on our roster including Exum

Re passing and not going to the hot hand and not exploiting matchups.

I am of the opinion that QS is well aware of this. The matchups are a pretty fundamental part of gameplanning for example. I wonder if he feels like the team needs to master some more basic things and internalize them before they can move on. I know I try to limit the number of things I ask my employees to learn/change. Maybe he feels focusing on the passing and avoiding stagnation has not been perfected--for example post entry passes, and that is more important to internalize before he can shift focus to matchups and hot hands and things that are changing with every team and multiple times a game.

Burke is a NBA PG, not a starting one, but he belongs in the NBA.

Burke isn't a starting PG because Snyder is making a terrible decision of bringing him off the bench. As opposed to his improved skillset not warranting a starting job. Trey when given the rock has done a damn good job. The only person holding him back is Quin. Which is understandable since the Jazz have so many wings that can effectively handle the ball as well. I'd argue that none of them have been better at controlling the team than Burke(which honestly they shouldn't be better). Trey improvements as the primary ball handler hasn't truly show up statically because the bench players at knocking down shots or as was the case early with Burks they were passing up on open shots.

There's at least 5 teams Burke is clearly better than that teams current starting PG counting the Jazz. And about another 5 or so teams I'd argue Burke would be an improvement over the current starter.
