GT: Jazz v Pacers, Sat. 12/5/15 @7:00pm

Foul count and FTA count is not a measure of balanced officiating.

I will say though, we definitely got some calls in OT... but given how regulation was officiated I don't feel guilty at all.

yes it is, not the only one granted. But still counts.

I'm with you that the reffing sucked. I just don't think it was against any particular team specifically.

I don't think it was a back court violation since the Pacers tipped the ball and Hayward didnt have possession of the ball as he crossed back into the halfcourt, I might be wrong though.

Dude, are you retarded? Your logic is extremely flawed if you arent trolling.

If anything, the Jazz drew more fouls by actually attacking the rim and the refs felt a need to balance the calls out so they gave the Jazz some ghost fouls on boxouts (Hood's last foul on Mahini? Are you serious?) and Favors "elbowing" George in the face even though they fouled Favors reaching in.

The Pacers missed some travels on Utah, but there werent as many blatantly bad calls/no calls as there were against Utah.

He's the most overrated player on the team this year.

Not overrated dude. He's just slumping hard. Let's now throw labels like that on players.

That was a seriously gritty win. Paul George was on fire, not to mention this was the worst officiated game against the Jazz in a long long time, and they still pulled it out.

Favors is a damn beast.

Err... how? It doesn't tell you anything about which foul calls were legit and which were not.

I just disagree with this. That is a pretty big statement and I just don't agree with it. Despite some bad calls agaisnt the Jazz.

Yeah, I'll give him more time, but I've been seriously bummed by his play this season. Can't believe he's averaging less than 30% from 3.

You might be right that the bad calls evened out for the game tonight, but using the foul count and FTA's to justify any position is ludicrous.

Wow...that was ... AWESOME!!!
Yes it was. I'm at a pretty big party full of people, allot of them impartial to the jazz, and the whole place was going nuts

Yep

It's the reason why you disagree that got me, not the disagreement itself.

Becasue I thought the bad officiating stretched beyond Utah?

To me "against" would be more biased in the Pacers favor. Refs sucked don't get me wrong, I just don't think it was gaisnt any team in particular is all. Plenty of bad calls to go around.

Seems to be the theme of the serason and not just Jazz games. Wonder why, has there been some big ref change I don't know about?
