Who ever said favors for millsap? I was talking about what was being discussed last year. Favors and #12 for #4 and then offer allot of money to millsap in free agency

Then it's irrelevant. Why not offer KD a lot of money in FA? You can't make a trade based around the hope of a player signing with your team as an FA in the future. Favors missing games because of back issues is worrying, but it doesn't change the calculation that much. Favors is a proven player who loves playing for, and living in, Utah. Prozingis was seen as a long term project. Hindsight is 20/20, but it would have been a very VERY difficult choice back then.

Chances were greater of signing millsap last summer than kd. Allot greater. Especially since kd was not a free agent.

Regardless. You said favors for millsap is a bad idea. I was saying that no one was talking about that.
It was favors (and #12) for #4. With the plan to spend a good amount of money on a power forward to replace favors as porz develops. (Millsap being one of the candidates)

As for hindsight, I said in my original post concerning this discussion that looking at things now, it looks like it would have been a good deal since porz looks really really good and favors isn't playing.
I never said the jazz screwed up by not doing the trade (if the trade was even available in the first place) and I never said that I thought they should have done it when it was being discussed last year (though i was one of the few who was saying it should at least be considered)

What if Jazz listened to Jeff Hornacek and drafted Leonard instead of Burks?

I wonder if the Jazz failing so hard on that made them listen to Corbin when he vocalized wanting Trey Burke?
