My condolences. Jazz have no shot at him now.

Now OKC is going to crush the new laughing stock division if Perkins can stay healthy.

Sure, but OKC should get rights. If you're OKC do you trade a better Jeff Green for inside presence without intending to match? Their only contract is KD, and have $41 m in payroll. They'll pay the guy unless another team does something stupid like maxing him out.
 
Perkins recently turned down 4 years, 32 M or something like that from Boston. I would love to have this guy but I'm not so sure he's worth 9M and up...

I don't care to get into it, but wouldn't be the only one arguing that if I did. Celtics obviously like his game. Many commentators think Green is the better individual player as well. Bigs are a commodity, though, and I was shocked Celtics did this trade. Having him up for contract and no money to offer was probably a huge part of the decision. But in a championship run?
