If Burke hadn't completely checked out I'd agree but it was clear to me before he got dem poopies that he had quit. I posted it as well. I think we have to move him now. This move going public seems like a auctioning tool by both teams.
Even with Lawson's baggage off the court and his known feeling for the state, he is the lesser of evils between him and Teague.
Not a fan of the trade, but if it goes down, I'm rooting for an implosion so the Jazz choose to release him at the years end.
So fan thee jazz fan is is my thought with this.

Are you for real? I'm not a fan of Lawson but if he plays for Utah I want him to get his act together and start balling out of his mind. Why? Because that helps the Jazz.
Him imploding hurts the Jazz
Come on man...
I don't understand what is being said hereIf Burke wants out then I guess do it. But I see one of two things happening. He either A. Doesn't show up for class. Or B. Shows up for class but doesn't care so doesn't try.
You wouldn't want lawson to redeem himself and play like an all star and help the jazz get into the second round of the playoffs? Not a fan of the trade, but if it goes down, I'm rooting for an implosion so the Jazz choose to release him at the years end.
What if lawson blows up and helps the jazz reach the second round of the playoffs this year, the jazz pick up his option for next year and since he played so well for us his value is high and we trade him for some good players/draft picks and then start exum next season? If he implodes he will get the raja bell treatment. I don't want him to blow up on the court. I want him gone at this years end. I don't want anyone starting over Exum next year. He's the potential star we need and we needed him yesterday.
Most are looking at the present. I'm looking to the future, and what's best for the future is that Exum progresses sooner rather then later.

Would you hate that too?
Well there ya go. No need for thee jazz fan to worry about exum's developmentThe word is Lawson doesnt want the 2nd year of his contract picked up.
