Do You Jazz Fans Like Any Other NBA Teams?

I am a rabid Knick fan. I paid top dollar for a ticket at the Garden to see us kill the Jazz last month and knock you out of the playoffs. But just because I am a rabid Knick fan that doesn't mean I can't like other NBA teams/players.

I come here and the rude Jazz fans ask, "What's he doing here?" Answer is simple. I like the Utah Jazz. They have some very good players that I enjoy watching (Hayward, Gobert, Hood...) and they don't play in my conference so the Jazz doing well really doesn't hurt my Knicks. I can root for the Jazz.

Who here can enjoy watching another team other than the Jazz? What other team do you like?
None for me. The NBA is terrible. If it were not for growing up rooting for the Jazz I'd not watch the NBA at all. I can't watch an NBA without the Jazz in it. Even the NBA finals I watched very little because it just doesn't interest me.

I will watch games of other teams when I'm curious about how young players are doing or newly acquired players are doing. I watch pretty much every game of the playoffs tho, even when Utah isnt involved.

that

Let's see;

Bulls, Warriors, Nets, Sixers, Knicks, Celtics, Hawks, Suns, Magic, Pelicans, Thunder, Hornets, Spurs, Bucks, TWolves and Blazers and maybe Cavs.

Other teams I don't really like watching their games.

Seems like the working definition of MTJK for liking other teams means that one goes to their fan site to troll and trash on them. Given that definition I have no other teams I like.

I am from LA and very anti-Laker so I grew up going to a lot of Clippers' games. I would like to see the Clippers win a title (after Utah does) but at the same time I don't like the current "personality" of the Clippers so I often find I am cheering against them. I think I liked them when they were always the underdog.

You're not the only one.
I would say the LA Clippers are the most disliked team in the NBA.

Look at that! Something you might actually be correct about. Sun shines on everyone sooner or later. I say we celebrate! Apple cider and brownies!

You're doing this troll wrong. Want me to bring mine over and show you how it's done?

This explains why your Jazz related opinions are so clueless...

My condolences on the passing of your coach. Thinking of you and Fisher during this difficult time. Very sorry for your loss. And sorry for your losses (10 out of 12, man, you are below the Mendoza line, that must really sting). Must be extremely painful being a fan of the Knicks but I admire your loyalty during the chaos and death spiral. You'll always have the home OT win against the Jazz. And you overpowered the mighty Suns, outlasted the dominant Timberwolves, and almost-- ALMOST --- beat the Raptors (losing by only 10 points). Cherish these moments forever. Take care and God bless.

I lived a few years in Indiana, I would like to like the Pacers, but I still don't... Reggie Miller is a stud and so is Larry Legend, but they keep finding players I can't cheer for aka (CJ, Stephenson, Artest, etc...) Maybe that is the definition of second tier team, I try to like some guys (PG, Hill,) but I still hate others.

I was thinking about this thread, and felt a little guilty for not liking other NBA teams. So I went through some scenarios to decide which team to cheer for. I figured it had to be an east coast team, and a team currently without players I hate. I picked Boston, even though kevin Garnett used to play there.

They have that short pg guy that the Jazz passed on but he plays hard. And they have that Cory Crowder guy, His dad used to play for the Jazz, and he plays hard, even though the Jazz passed over him too. Plus I liked Dennis Johnson and Company back in the day(except for McHale). And they will probably be Hayward's team next season. So go Celtics!

Actually we only lost by 27.
Final score was 122-95, and I'm telling you, a couple of baskets go in that didn't and we would've kill them. Raptors are the second best team in the East and we nearly killed them. It was a good night for our guys.

LOL thank you. Coming from you this is a huge compliment. Since non of your Jazz related opinions are worth crap. Lets trade Exum for garbage! Isn't that your latest opinion? Oh don't forget Millsap and Jefferson are better than Favors, that's shown to be a falsehood as well.
