Who are you??

Funny, I feel like this is not the 1st time you wrote this. How is it possible to be over 6 feet tall and still call yourself a midget? A spinal condition that is similar like the neck part?

I actually saw it on Nightstand with Dick Dietrich a long time ago. It was a satire on the Jerry Springer type talk show. At the break where these shows ask questions like: "are you bullied?" or "is your spouse cheating?", if so call and be on our show. The DD show asked: "are you a midget over 6 ft. tall? If so call to be on the show!" There actually was a person that was a midget that became a giant.

lol. There is just no end to it. Thanks for telling.

Still, at slightly over 6 feet tall I was the shortest player on my team and was called midget by a few of them, so I guess I am a midget. I went from the tallest player to shortest going from 8th to 9th grade. LOL.

And truthfully told, my best friend's brother's sister is my dog...

Whoever dug this thread up, we'll done. It was fun to skim through it again.
Almost 35 years old
6'0"
I weigh about a half a metric ton
Born and raised in Utah
Visited all over the west, including a week in Alaska doing nothing but fishing (I think I got about 15 hours of sleep total over that week, but I literally don't remember the flight home)
Served a mission in Tegucigalpa, Honduras from 97-99
Married my high school sweetheart in 2000
Have 4 kids: Girls ages 9 and 3, boys ages almost 6 and almost 2
My kids activities took away my hobbies. Now I spend my time watching them play sports. My oldest daughter plays competition level soccer and my oldest boy plays just about every sport under the sun. When I happen to find some free time, I like to do anything outdoors and in the mountains.
I'm a Journeyman Electrician by trade. Thinking seriously about obtaining my Master Electrician license so I can finally fire (retire) my dad and take over the company.
I made the final table (top 5 overall finish) in Gameface's poker league. He should do that again.
Big time BYU fan. I think all Ute fans are mouth breathing, knuckle dragging, beer throwing, gas pumping, waste of my oxygen. They should be outlawed.
Not much had changed, except that Gameface doesn't do poker anymore (RIP), we're now expecting our sixth kid, and we're starting the process of taking over the company and retiring my dad.

So your best friend is / was your dog?

You're welcome and I am 33 nearly and couple without kids - jelly :( so cool that your daughter is a soccer (real football) player.

Another sign that my 2 year old is a boss. Power went out just now after after 9. House goes pitch black. My 2 year old in her room marches thru the dark house completely unafraid of the pitch black. Reason why is that she was pissed that her movie turned off and wanted to know why.

No fear.

I used to be very active on Jazzfanz around 10 years ago (yikes!) and I'd totally forgot about Jazzhoops until reading this thread. Good times, lots of laughs. :) I'm married now with 4 kids, (2 boys, 2 girls, ages 8,6,5,3) so keeping track of basketball no longer happens. For some reason I thought of Jazzfanz a few weeks ago, I remembered my sign in name and logged in. I may troll general discussion because I forgot how much ya'll made me laugh.

I think it's awesome how many of you have larger families!

Six kids? Jesus. I can't imagine.

During this long offseason I think we should be productive. Let’s get to know each other better (no homo). We spend basically everyday on this forum posting witty comments, sarcastic remarks and heart felt concerns… lets learn a little about the people we call our forum friends.

BIO:
I am 24 I am 5"11 170 pounds, I was born in Utah I am the 2nd oldest out of 6 kids, I moved to Idaho when I was 10, I went to a small high school in a place called Kuna. While in school a played basketball and soccer. After high school I went on a mission for my church, I spent two years in fort worth Texas talking bout Jesus. After my mission I came home and met a girl who I married on May 25 2012. No kids yet. I am currently going to school and working as a state farm agent.

Hobbies:
I love playing basketball, running, playing soccer, and just being active. I really enjoy going on dates with my wife, and spending time with my family. I like to fish hunt and camp.

Great thread idea. I'm really not sure if I've seen it before. I'm going to read all of the submissions. I'm sure I'll be surprised more than a few times.

Anyway, How old were you when you got married? Did you have any other relations with females before her? Meaning, like girlfriends? I've never been to Idaho but if I ever went, where is one place I should visit?

I'm 30, blatantly white, and a recluse. Ok, probably not good enough.

Born in Umatilla county hospital(Hermeston, OR). Moved to Utah in 85 or so. Fourth of Five children. Went to Tooele High, where had it not been for band I would have fallen into obscurity. At the end of high school, I made some terrible life decisions. The biggest of which was signing into a car payment, which I felt prevented me from going to college. After accruing customer service and troubleshooting skills, I developed the ability to cut through peoples **** to get things done. Now I work for a healthcare company as a software analyst doing any number of things, but mostly telling people their decisions are stupid. I'm unmarried, but I live with a fiance. I like to look at the long term picture, but have proven the ability to break down reality enough to make changes to reach those goals.

I love long walks on the beach. ... that was supposed to read hiking to mountain lakes. I also enjoy fishing, cooking, drinking, basketball and WoW(at least when I don't hate it).

Thanks for sharing.

I hope that first vehicle was nice one and NOT like a Toyota Tercel or something. I assume you are not engage still?

This was a really good thread.

Let's liven it back up for newer posters or those that didn't contribute earlier.

Some facts about me:

1. Ex wife was an illegal immigrant from Mexico. She got pregnant and tricked me into thinking she miscarried (young and dumb). We divorced and I found out that I have another daughter out there that I don't know.

2. Oldest child and a sibling are gay

3. I was adopted twice

4. Once hit by a car and in a wheel chair for 3 months

5. My wife's brother is married to my sister and that is how we met. So I am a double uncle to their kids and they are a double aunt & uncle to mine

6. My two oldest kids are not biologically mine or my wifes. We just picked them up along the way.

Is your gay child male or female?

Wow, that's horrible. I hope your circumstances change at some point and you have a chance to get to know your daughter.

There used to be two couples in my current ward like that, or actually it was two brothers married to two sisters. Compounding the situation, the two brothers were identical twins. :-)

I am 42 years old, 5'8.5" 165 lbs. Have lived in Missouri, Connecticutt, Maryland, Austria, Maryland again, Utah, Germany, Utah again, California, Maryland a third time, Wisconsin, and finally Utah a third time (in that order). LDS mission to Germany from 1989-1991, still very active in the church. Married, 2 kids. Physics professor. Jazz fan since 1991.

Hobbies: I sing in the Utah Baroque Ensemble. I used to play table tennis very regularly, but that's lapsed a bit. Reading. Helping run Jazzfanz. Bike riding, depending on the weather.

Wow, absolutely nothing about me has changed in the past 2.5 years. That description still fits nearly perfectly. Oh, maybe I'd add one new item--I'm now the faculty advisor for BYU's A Cappella Club, so I help run concerts (next one: Mar 30), post videos to our YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/byuacappellaclub), sell CDs (https://acappella.byu.edu/BOBAC15.html), etc.

And I LOVE THE JAZZ!

Oh and I'm 6 foot 3 and about 210 lbs

I'm guessing your life experience is what makes you the rad dude you are today. Seriously, you have this sense of equanimity to you and I think that's why I consider you one of the chillest dudes on the board. Def beer sharing worthy.

What was the impetus for leaving home at that age? And the bouncing around? I appreciate the trying everything once. Have you tried a strong massage on the perineum during fellatio? You'll be hooked. I tell ya.
