The Atheist's nightmare...

It seems to me that poor CJ struggles with his beliefs and the dwindling faith he has in an almighty creator. These threads have less to do with convincing the secular folks on this board and more about convincing himself.

I am so sure about my lack of belief in a higher power that I rarely, if ever, talk about it. Much like Santa Claus, the flying spaghetti monster and the tooth fairy.

Well, it's obvious that this site has a host of godless buffoons (current poster excluded, of course!) who's reasoning ability and acceptance of true scientific facts has alluded them!

ah yes, it all alludes to me

i am the goddess mod

so CJ, are you like real bummed out that Ben Carson has suspended his campaign?

I can't see you as a Trump kind of guy.

...I suspect that if you had children, you told them from early on that Santa Claus was bringing the presents, and if they lost a tooth, it was the tooth fairy that put that shiny new silver dollar under there pillow! Oh, and that man is a product of evolution and came from monkeys!

...have no leanings whatsoever in any political arena! Not following it much at all...unless the subject of Muslims and terrorist control is being discussed. Just waiting for the hammer to fall on all of organized religion, including the churches of Christendom! They, along with Judaism and the Muslims have misrepresented the Bible and our Creator for centuries!

Admirable. Here's a Jazzfanzz hardcore member fellas. Comes back from a meetup and posts this gem. And here I am as well, Jazzfanz has officially become part of my insignificant existence in this planet. Thanks GF, Fish, Siro, Dev, Broncster, Joe.. had a great time.

Darwin was created and funded by the Nephilim. At least that's what a recent book I read called Angelology told me.

Darwin was created and funded by the Nephilim. At least that's what a recent book I read called Angelology told me.

The TRUTH about the Nephilim? The disobedient materialized angels had sexual relations with women, and the women bore children. These were not ordinary children. They were Nephilim, half human and half angel. The Bible account says: “The Nephilim proved to be in the earth in those days, and also after that, when the sons of the true God continued to have relations with the daughters of men and they bore sons to them, they were the mighty ones who were of old, the men of fame.”—Genesis 6:4.

The Hebrew word “nephilim” literally means “fellers,” those who fell others, or who cause others to fall, through violent acts. Thus, it is not surprising that the Bible account adds: “The earth became filled with violence.” (Genesis 6:11)

The mythological demigods, such as Heracles and the Babylonian hero Gilgamesh, strongly resemble Nephilim.

Notice that the Nephilim were called “mighty ones” and “men of fame.” Unlike the righteous man Noah, who lived in the same period, the Nephilim were not interested in promoting the fame of the true God. They were interested in their own fame, glory, and reputation. Through mighty acts, which undoubtedly involved violence and bloodshed, they earned the fame they craved from the ungodly world around them. They were the superheroes of their day—feared, respected, and seemingly invincible.

While the Nephilim and their debased angelic fathers may have enjoyed fame in the eyes of their contemporaries, they certainly were not famous in God’s sight. Their way of life was detestable. Consequently, God acted against the fallen angels. The apostle Peter wrote: “God did not hold back from punishing the angels that sinned, but, by throwing them into Tartarus, delivered them to pits of dense darkness to be reserved for judgment; and he did not hold back from punishing an ancient world, but kept Noah, a preacher of righteousness, safe with seven others when he brought a deluge upon a world of ungodly people.”—2*Peter 2:4,*5.

At the global Flood, the rebellious angels dematerialized and returned in disgrace to the spirit realm. God punished them by prohibiting them from again materializing human bodies. The Nephilim, the superhuman offspring of the disobedient angels, all perished. Only Noah and his small family survived the Deluge.

And here I was thinking you didn't have a sense of humor.

...not to mention the human "brain" and "eye" as well! Even Darwin conceded that the complexity of the eye and the capabilities of the human brain made "mush" out of his theory of evolution! And after decades of further research and study the only conclusion that can be drawn is that the theory man has "evolved" is the biggest HOAX ever perpetrated in the history of mankind! Your thoughts?

I'll match your one 'scientific paper' arguing for intelligent design and up it by thousands providing credible, objective, scientific evidence for evolution.

I've asked before, but I'll ask again, how do you square racism/bigotry with a belief in a divine being who taught the following:"Do to others what you want them to do to you." and "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

All of your Christian posing doesn't amount to shiite until you can demonstrate you truly follow Christ's teachings and are his disciple.

Oh man Ivan Reitman** would've had a field day with this one. RIP IVAN. Dreaming of the wonderful screenplay you might have created.

Maybe something like this:

** oops, I meant Harold Ramis, he and Ivan Reitman made a great team. Sorry Ivan and Harold.
