Probably my favorite nap is in the mountains in my pop up trailer with all the windows rolled down and nice breeze coming through while I can hear the nearby river and bird songs.

I would if I could. Not braggin about it or anything, I just can't fall asleep outside my normal sleep cycle. My circadian rhythms are like etched in stone. I deviate from my normal sleep patterns and kind of like Dr. Jones said, I pretty much feel like dog **** and it can last for days.
I've worked nights on and off for the last 10 years and I've tried a lot of different strategies but eventually I just had to stay on a night schedule all the time, including my days off. If I switch it up I'm just about the biggest jack *** you've ever met. I just feel miserable and angry all the time. It sucks working 12hr night shifts and then spending my days off waking up at 4pm and being up through the night while my family sleeps, but I'm pretty sure I would be divorced if I hadn't just given in to staying on the same schedule.
But I don't work nights anymore and hopefully never again.
