Jazz Didn't Win, Cleveland Lost

To find and humiliate dopes like you.

Hey, folks, this fool addictionary actually wrote out an "F-you" to a post that praised the Utah Jazz!

You just know he says "F-you" to his life-partner when given a nice gift on Valentine's Day.

At the very beginning it was well done. Now you've just gotten lazy and it appears forced.

You might not know this, but many of us have been Jazz fans for a long time.

You ain't tellin' me nothing I already don't know.

Pretty much. I've been following this team since 1992 and in that time the disrespect has been strong from all corners of the NBA world. That being said, the franchise should get this disrespect. The Jazz have done NOTHING. We need to win it all for a modicum of respect to be thrown our way.

Also, who the ****s reads anything ESPN has to say? It's 2016.

It wasn't reading ESPN articles. That stuff about the Cavs losing rather than the Jazz winning was from the highlights that ESPN showed. They seemed to have put together a clip reel of every single shot the Cavs missed last night.

I watched the game. Jazz won it. Well played and well coached (I wonder how that fire Quin thread is going today?).

Regardless, my question still stands. Who frequents ESPN in 2016?

You want some accurate highlights?

Whether we want to admit it or not, ESPN Sports Center is the go-to place for sports highlights for millions. It's quick, hits the spot....it's the McDonalds of the sports world.

For millions of people who got their sports fix from the very popular ESPN highlight shows, the Cavs lost last night. Jazz who actually won the game were meaningless to that story.

You said it, sir. Hit the proverbial nail right on the head. I don't eat fast food. ESPN can continue peddling their tripe to the zombie population. I'll continue not watching or reading anything they put out.

So you don't care what the media feels about your team. You enjoy being ignored or disrespected by the media. You like having absolutely no relevance amongst the TV networks that carry and discuss NBA games.
Is hubie brown part of the national media?

When I looked up last night's jazz game on espn here is the headline I found: JAZZ FINISH STRONG, BEAT CAVALIERS
Utah outscored Cleveland 28-19 in the fourth quarter to earn a 9-point win, spoiling the end of the Cavs' 4-game road trip. Rodney Hood finished with 28 points to lead the Jazz, who were playing without leading scorer Gordon Hayward.

Doesn't sound disrespectful to me

It was 10 years ago before everything could be had on demand. Now its just a time filler for them. Haven't watched it in eons.

Hey, youngster, there are people in this world who actually remember Ronald Reagan, the USA hockey miracle in Lake Placid, and Adrian Dantley. Us folks don't do silly kid stuff like "on demand" or whatever the hell you were talking about. We want to know a score we click on the TV for some quick highlights. That's what grown men do.

Maybe its just me but I could not care less about what ESPN says about the Jazz or how much coverage we get. It has zero impact on the outcome of games. I guess if my team was continually getting trashed for being dysfunctional like the Knicks I might care about that. Perhaps that is why MTJK pays attention?

You are not being truthful. You are saying "the right thing" but it is essentially just bullcrap.

So you don't care what the media feels about your team. You enjoy being ignored or disrespected by the media. You like having absolutely no relevance amongst the TV networks that carry and discuss NBA games. On a planet with Russia, China, USA, England, Germany, you like being friggin' Malta.
We're supposed to believe that?

Try being honest here, kid. Much better for discussion and the exchange of ideas.
Since the media has little to no impact on the actual outcome of games. I can safely say IDGAF what they say or think. This isn't college football where those DB's decided who is the best for decades.

Channing Frye getting ejected really hurt them, he was playing great defense on Favors and was starting to get wet from three...

Lebron is still the poster child for the league, so ESPN follows everything that happens with Cleveland and blows it out of proportion.

Jazz played good defense all game, kept the Cavs off the offensive glass, shot the ball well and beat a good team. Shelvin Mack seemed to neutralize Kyrie and Favors basically killed Kevin Love. JR had an off night and the Jazz get the win. The Jazz have beaten the Cavs their last 4 trips to Salt Lake.

Uhh, I said it was the ESPN highlight shows. Not the written word. The HIGHLIGHTS on TV.

Try to follow along. This stuff isn't exactly quantum spatial modulation, you know.
So what you are saying is that you can find some national media that disrespect the jazz and I can also find some national media that respect the jazz.

Wow, crazy stuff.
