I thought this was gonna be about some new kind of zig-zags or something.

Dala hates people when they're greedy ******** that don't give back.
I think Dala appreciates people that are kind-hearted... rich or poor.

yup. Most of the people who are getting their *** lit here are politicians like the Icelandic PM who "raise taxes" to pay for **** when their embezzling **** on their own. Flies in the face of the trustworthiness of big gov.

God bless the internet & the 4th estate.

Whoa.. was that a furreal jab at big gov?

Whoa.. was that a furreal jab at big gov?

it's a jab at the corruptibility of all of those with power, whether attained through political or economic capital.

The difference between the two is that hypothetically (in a democracy, or republic) the people have the power to dole out consequences to big gov who conducts themselves unethically. This is becoming easier with internet, and social media.

Not much can be done to rich people other than prayer.

corruptibility permeates all political systems. The least oligarchical politician running for the American presidency is also the one who is fighting for democratic socialism.

Bro... You're getting closer and closer to being correct about your outlook.

There's hope for the world.

But though political corruption is fun and newsy, the document dump also features a leaked memorandum from a Mossack Fonseca partner revealing the more boring truth that "Ninety-five per cent of our work coincidentally consists in selling vehicles to avoid taxes."

How much money is there in offshore tax havens?
A big part of the idea, of course, is to make it hard for anyone to know for sure.

But Gabriel Zucman, an economics professor at UC Berkley, has made the most detailed study of the question for his book The Hidden Wealth of Nations and estimates that it totals at least $7.6 trillion. That's upwards of 8 percent of all the world's financial wealth, and it's growing fast. Zucman estimates that offshore wealth has surged about 25 percent over the past five years.

Douches. Sorry Hantlers.
