So frustrating. We so badly lack a steady ball-handler who can keep the team cool in the final minutes of pressure games (Mack has helped a little, but he clearly isnt starter quality). I'm fully confident in Hood/Hayward to hit big time shots, but everything that has to happen leading up to the shot seems like a game of Russian Roulette.
Triple Wing bro. (Hood hayward Burks)

I'm trying to think of a player that wasn't disappointing tonight, and it's hard.

Burks was awesome in limited minutes. I actually thought Hayward played great, and would've won the game for us had Tom Washington not inexplicably swallowed his whistle on several late Hayward drives. This is the same ref that screwed us in the infamous Houston Withey game, btw.

Cole Aldrich? Really? Yeah, Crawford can get hot. Pierce can get hot. But Cole Aldrich puts up 21/18 against Favors and Gobert?

Snyder is to be judged for this game. He's why there is a loss in the scorecard.

This might be the worst loss in multiple seasons.

Other losses earlier this year? 100% could stomach.

But this? THIS?!

I knew they would regret trying to threes time after time after time again when we were up 7 in the fourth.

Aldrich manhandled Favors. Gobert not playing was puzzling.

That's game.

Hayward should have had at least 3 more trips to the FT line. I thought he got mugged on a few plays going to the rim.

His body takes alot of contact. He's young and has been durable, but he didn't have much bounce tonight. He won't age well like a Pierce or Crawford has. Not to be down on the guy, just thinking about his next contact and wondering if this is as good or nearly as good as he'll ever be.

I'm so pissed

Yeah, I'm really placing the blame on Quin for this one.

Not going for a 2 for 1 so we could get the last shot.

Not having the presence of mind to tell team to foul because we had a foul to give.

Yeah, but we would have just choked on two possessions instead of one.

Yeah, but we would have done it while Crawford was shooting.

This game was pure ****.

The Houston loss felt like Christmas in April. This loss felt like when you give all the gifts back because they were delivered to the wrong house.

These guys either have a choke gene or aren't very good at basketball. It's one or the other.

Not buying that. The Jazz have come up clutch plenty of times this season. We just suck at running offense in close games. We rely too much on being clutch and not just simply executing.
