Can the C.J. Miles experiment please end?

This guy has got to go. Leaves affalo wide open for a 3 and then puts his arms up like its some one else's fault. I ****ing hate you CJ.

Lol at a CJ Homer giving me a negative feedback. Says CJ was helping on defense. There was no help to be Had. If this person knew **** about basketball, they would know you never leave a clutch shooter open in a close game. Go ahead and give me another negative feed back and continue to love this piece of trash.

the problem is that CJ thinks he is KOBE. If we can fix that...maybe he can useful. His drives are decent but his outside shooting has been a horror show.

Again, if anyone gets neg repped by a nameless coward about CJ or any other useless Jazz player, let me know. I sent you some good rep to offset the nameless coward homer.

I don't know about his drives either. I think Hayward has a better handle and is better at attacking the rim. He is a solid finisher too. Even better than AK who cannot finish 1 inch from the rim with no one around him.

Dear CJ homer that told me he was helping out in defense. Does it look like he needed to sag off? No. Jefferson had the lane taken care of. Harris was sagging down on Nene and with his speed, he would have had plenty of time to close out on Lawson. So please explain to me what the hell your best friend was doing and why he then blamed his teammates for this ****? Thank you. I can't wait to here your explanation.

I also loved the defensive stand near the end where jefferson just stood there and allowed Nene an easy shot followed up with a foul.

CJ had a good game? They only gave him 2 official turn overs, but if you rewatch the game I bet you will find at least 4 in the 4th quarter alone. I cringed every time they passed it to him. Who the hell does he think he is chucking the ball like he's Kobe or LeBron? CJ would hardly pass the damn rock, and when he did he put his teammates in horrible spots. This loss is on CJ and on Corbin for playing worthless 34 down the stretch.

Go green. Recycle CJ.

You can be 99% sure it's gregbroncs. He's been trolling this place for months in defense of CJ. Negative rep given to him and I'd offset you but I just gave you some in the game thread. I love giving you some.

I certainly love that Andrei was not in the game during the homestretch except for the last minute when Al was hurt apparently. Got to have Bell out there.

I will give CJ some props for being aggressive in attacking the basket, instead of shooting all jumpers.
When he was effective, was when he was cutting and slashing to the basket.
Defense.... well, that's different.
Hayward didn't have the stats.... but I thought he was solid for the most part. He did lose the ball a couple of times.
As bad as this sounds, I think we could have used Price in there on D at the 2 when they had Felton, Lawson, and Afflalo in at the same time.
They were quick enough that they kept getting layups...and that had to be stopped.

Wrong. I have not defended CJ much in quite a while. I still say Raja and Price are worse. All of our SG's are terrible. I have hope for Hayward though.

I am shameless about how right some of us were, especially considering the abuse some of us got because of it.

But I do wish it had turned out differently. CJ had the physical tools to be something. Too bad the mind didn't go with it.

OK. Not gonna argue. We both knew this day would come. CJ is no doubt, at times, an absolute chucker. We should definately trade his ***. After all, 3.7 million a year could buy us a MUCH better player. We sure as hell could use a starting 2 guard. I'm thinking Vince Carter or Agent Zero. Maybe we could throw in Memo?

Keep in mind, it doesn't really matter what we pay CJ, or how much our team salary comes to. All that matters is that we max players at every position, including 6-man. Is that too much to ask?

Stupid cheap-*** owner. We'd still have D-Will and Sloan, if I was owner.

I for one do not want to trade CJ Miles. He is far more valuble than most think. He is the only player on our bench to create his own shot. We need him right now and he's only getting paid 3.7 million this year.

He is probably worth the $3.7 mill actually, but I do not think any more than that. I have just seen that he hasn't panned out the way so many on this board touted...everything from our future starting SG to eventual all-star has come up more than a few times in regards to CJ. Serviceable backup? Maybe, borderline, if he can check his year over year declining shooting percentages somehow. But as I said, not for any more than the 3.5 to 4 mill level. I still think he has enough trade value that we could package him, maybe a pick or 2 and another player (Sap? dunno) and get a solid upgrade at the wing spot or the center spot.

Good point. Please expand.

Not that you were wrong.
