Oh so he's born somewhere between '98 and '00.. interesting.. You think he's got lottery/Exum level talent huh?? Why doesn't he play for Lithuania's youth teams? (or am I mistaken about that?)
I've posted about Doumboya and Jankovic before, they've both easily got NBA talent.
Doumboya just started playing basketball in 2013 and is easily one of the best NBA wing prospects in all of Europe, he's going to be a monstrous defensive prospect like you described about the Lithuanian...
He's kinda like Simi ****tu.. Also he's born on 12/23/2000 so he's likely to be the youngest player in the draft if he declares in 2019.. Will likely be a teammate of Rudy's on the French National team.. He's from Guinea though.
Jankovic is a much better version of Kyle Anderson, and he's already 6'8", phenomenal Point forward type of feel for the game.

I am TOTALLY versed in the UNC* stuff and it's so absurd the hypocrisy of the NCAA.
Memphis had vacated wins ONLY because Rose refused to cooperate with the NCAA (as he was a pro by then and had no interest in doing so).
That was over a suspected cheat on an SAT.
UNC* ADMITS and provided PROOF to top faculty changing grades, sworn statements, ex-players coming out and confirming, BUT the NCAA says they can't really do anything because two key faculty members refused to cooperate... thereby leading the NCAA to the decision they couldn't prove anything.
This isn't me hating on UNC*... it's me hating on a crooked "non-profit" organization that's making bajillions of dollars and claiming honesty and integrity for the benefit of the student-athlete.
I just almost puked.
Only other info I have atm is he has a younger brother named Kaukas that plays as well and is good but he's way too short... however that happened.
