2016 NFL Draft thread

Quick random thoughts from the draft.

Best qb will end up being Goff, the best rb, Elliot. No surprises there.
Shepard will be the best wideout out of this draft. He'll be a poor man's Antonio Brown. I also love Boehringer from Germany that the Vikes drafted. Love him. In fact, I think in 3-4 years time, he'll be better than Treadwell who will frustrate Vikes fans with his inability to get open and drops.
Bosa will suck. Hard.
Ramsey will be meh. Wildly inconsistent. Show flashes of brilliance but sometimes stink, much like Antonio Cromartie earlier in his career.
Rankins on the Saints will be terrible.
Karl Jospeh on the Raiders is gonna be a top five safety in three years time and will go down as the best defender in this draft. Noah Spence won't be far behind. Lawson and Ragland on the Bills will be really solid as well.

Stud sleeper alert: Tyreek Hill, Chiefs from West Alabama. How much of one I don't know but he will be sick.

The Browns had a million picks. Their best one will be? Their last one. Scooby Wright III. Retarded that he slid that far. If you know how to play football, you know how to play. Kid will be a 10 year starter in this league.
Good post.

Assuming that knee is good to go, absolutely. Dude's an animal. Causes absolute havoc on the field when he's there. If we're talking eye test.....he was easily the best Pac 12 linebacker over the past few years to me. Some of the guys in that league that got picked over him like Cravens and Jack are pretty good overall.....but you didn't even realize they were playing 3/4's the time when watching their games. Wright was everywhere. I love that guy.

I was surprised that the Broncos did not pick Scooby Wright. He fills a position of need and they could have landed him in the 6th instead of a 2nd safety. They then went out and only invited 1-2 to training camp as undrafted free agents.

Guess Denver doesn't really care about the position.

Something kind of interesting. Byu and utah only had one player drafted. Some P5 schools with Zero players drafted: Colorado, tennessee, wake forest, duke, north carolina, iowa state and kansas.
Other P5 schools with only 1 guy drafted: Washington state, oregon state, vanderbuilt, kentucky, louisville, syracuse, pitt, virginia, oklahoma state, texas, kansas state, rutgers, iowa, and purdue.

Just a little food for thought.

Eh. Not too big of a deal. Bronco doesn't put kids in the NFL and Utah didn't lose much. Utah lost:

Wilson-wasn't getting drafted
Booker-was drafted
Scott-wasn't getting drafted
Aiono-had a small chance
Fanaika-had a small chance
Paul-wasn't getting drafted
Norris-had a small chance
Carter-too injury prone
Hackett-had a small chance

Utah already has a host of NFL talent for next year, including Lotulelei who is popping up in first round mock's all over the place. Marcus Williams, Tui'kolovatu, Fitts, Dimick, Dielman, Asiata, Bolles, Patrick, Domo, Porter, Fakailoatonga, Pita T all have a shot at being drafted next fall.

Other than LB, Utah is stacked.

The haters keep waiting for Utah to fail. If QB play doesn't step up big time, you will see Utah take a step back in 2017.

2016 should be 9-10 wins again.
