2016 NBA Playoff Thread

Both times LeBron won the title his team lost game 1 of the Finals. Chill bros. This is going to be a good series.

GSW is so much deeper though...Cavs may win a game or two due to some individual brilliance of LBJ but that's not enough to beat well rounded team like GSW. I would give them more chance if they had home court, but now as it is they need to win their all games at home and one at GSW... just don't see it happening.

Yeah, I just see no chance of a sweep.

I was rooting for the Cavs before the series started and now I'm excited about the notion of him losing again to fall to 2-5 in Finals. Why? Because he is far too involved in roster decisions and was a dumbass essentially insisting they reup Tristan Thompson no matter. That dude blows.

Cleveland needs to get Frye involved. 7 minutes isn't enough. Dude killed it in the other three series. I think they're afraid to play him against GS small ball, but he's been their X-factor all postseason.

Not really. It isn't a series until someone wins on the road.
Yeah, but isn't the success rate of teams coming back from a 0-2 deficit less than 20%? I don't remember the exact number.

Number of teams to do it in the Finals is only three, and only one of those teams was in the modern era of basketball (06 Heat).

If I'm Cleveland, I would definitely go into this game with the mindset that it's a must win.

Don't care who wins but can we please get a close game unlike the other 100 playoff games that had to be turned off mid 3 quarter?

In Finals history, it appears 28-3.

Curry is so much more than just a shooter, dude is so gifted around the basket, I'd like to see him attack more than work his way out.
