This is advance news, just for you JazzFanzers.

Listening to Paul Ryan and Kasich recently, and noting the ramblings of Mitt Romney up at Park City, I see what's going to be happening.

The GOP will Dump the Trump.

There's a whole lot of folks who will never vote for any RINO but who will vote for a populist billionaire schill for Hillary. And the RINO RNC really doesn't care about losing this election, they believe Jeb will get his fair share of the Presidency after Hillary and Bill get their eight more years. It's all good.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Dr. Jones again.

But right, nevertheless.

Did you never notice how drunks in car crashes are just limber enough to roll just the right ways and stay in their seat and not get hurt? Or how a drunk weaving down the road can miss the deer where most folks just don't?

OK, so the fact is there is a sort of charmed set of Republicans who are "cool" and don't get hammered in the press the way an outsider does? These are the Rockefeller club insiders. And on the Dem side, there are the Bernies who will never really win, because there's another set of "cool" Dems who are the darlings of media, if sometimes hammered a little just to keep the fear of The Press in play. NOBODY can be Prez without some kind of media blessing. Our blow-dried talking Heads read their scripts pretty good, and somewhere up there in the ownership circles are folks who know the score, and as long as one of their own, of either party, is going to win, they sleep the sleep of the Unjust.

Jay Rockefeller put a lot of energy into creating The Clintons, just as David Rockefeller put a lot of energy into creating The Bushes. Do you think they're going to just let somebody else walk in and take their cake?

Kasich is going to be given the RNC nod this time, but he will lose to Hillary/Bill. It's the way Things Are. Trump will not sit down, he'll scramble to get on the ticket where he can, and will collect 15% of the November votes and about five states. The Libertarians will collect 10%, with Coltonesque and Stokesque types being in there I'd think, and maybe alt13. They might win one state. But with a 40-25-15-10 vote, Hillary/Bill will have their "Landslide" mandate.

Plan for it.
