Oddly enough, Kanter becomes a particularly interesting piece in the modern NBA.
I would have preferred Al Jefferson off the bench if I'm being honest.

Lakers
Russel Westbrook
DeMarcus Cousins
Brandon Ingram
To go along with Clarkson,Randle, Nance Jr, DeAngelo Russell as role players.
I think Deangelo be a solid 6th man.
Now to the chumps who thought just two days ago the Lakers are going suck and brand means nothing.. Just wait you idiots. They will build a top team in LA to battle GSW
I agree but adding Bosh to the equation narrows that field. Durant pulled a LeBron. He just did it better.
It's not that different.
No way.
Curry > Westbrook
Durant >>>>>>>> Hayward
Green > Love
Thompson = Cousins
yeah, not close
I'm of the mind of getting another legit strong and long 4 who can defend. Maybe Bolomboy is that guy. Not sure. But OKC showed that playing big and being rough with the Dubs can work.
Will be interesting to see the chemistry. Only one ball.
Talk about a tough team to guard though... wow.

Thompson when he's doing nothing but spotting up still has one of the strongest defensive gravities of any player in the league. Same with Curry. Same with Durant. That's really what this is about and what makes this so seismic.Ha ha. You do realize that Cousins is the best big man and it's not close. He may be a top 3 player if he was ever motivated. And Westbrook vs Curry. I'll take Westbrook's defense over 7 games.
Green is a nice player, but take him off GS and put him on NO and no one remembers him in two years.
Thompson is great when he is on, but when he's off, he's useless.

I think there is a big difference.
He joined an established core that has already won a ring. Lebron joined a Heat team that was past it's good years and added Bosh (who also wasnt winning much).
I think the biggest thing people have a problem with is that the Thunder where up 3-1 on the Warriors and Durant choked teh series away in the clutch minutes of game 6. Now he is going to join the team that he lost to.
Well, the only bright side to this we'll have a better 1st rd pick from it in 2018. ╮(╯▽╰)╭
