The earliest the Jazz will get the pick is 2018.OKC getting the 8th seed would be best possible scenario for Utah. They'd get a pick in the 15-17 range.

Okc missed the playoffs two years ago with no durant. They had russ. And ibaka.Since your from Wyoming I know basketball is such a foreign sport and not rodeo but are you serious?
OKC still has Russ who is by far better then anyone the Jazz have. They have solid role players also. Now Russ gets to hoist up more shots but to answer your question, No Utah is not better then OKC at this time.. This is some homerism if you even think. Utah wasn't even a playoff team and you want to say thwey are better? lol Russ is a top 10 player and now with Durant gone Stats wise I expect him to be a top 5 typle player and make a run for MVP since he will be carrying the load and not sharing touches anymore. I was just waiting for
Jazz fans to say they are better. I saw this coming.lol
SorryThe thing that annoys me about this board software is that even when you put someone on ignore, you still have to see their mouth breathing posts because others quote them.
Jazz now with a legitimate shot at Home Court in the first round.

OKC lost both Ibaka and KD, sorry I don't think they are improved. Memphis have two stars coming off serious injuries and Parsons knee could go at any time. Randolph is old. Will the be tough to be sure but I don't fear Memphis. I think we can beat them in a series. You don't get jack for winning the division anymore and The Jazz are clearly a step behind GSW, SAS, LAC and a healthy Grizzlies team.
A lot would have to go right for Utah and some stuff would have to go wrong for other teams for The Jazz to finish top 4.
Guys, OKC still has some generational talent.

I don't doubt you but I also don't understand why OKC acquiring the draft rights to Sabonis doesn't push our rights to the pick up to 2017.

Amazing how bad you are at this stuff.
Oh, I didn't know about the 2 yr stipulation. Damn, call it the Kanter curse. We're getting 2nds as RW will leave and OKC will rebuild.I don't doubt you but I also don't understand why OKC acquiring the draft rights to Sabonis doesn't push our rights to the pick up to 2017.
Why don't you just leave and find another board? You're nothing but a troll.Russ also missed a lot of time that year
They have improved roster since then
Ibaka never been a guy that's going push teams over the edge. He is a very good role player.
Just wait I bet OKC if they keep Russ are better then your pathetic Jazz this year

The two teams are SA and GS and now that gap is wider.
