Looks to me that it was for wishing death. Regardless of sexual orientation means that the usage of the word homo was disregarded, so if I said 'DIE STRAIGHT MAN' I would have still received a warning. You are wrong, as usual.

OK, let me rephrase. Personally speaking, you would have only gotten a warning vote from me for the wishing of death. By adding the "homo" part, you bumped it to an infraction.
And let me make sure I understand you completely. You got an infraction for wishing death on someone and yet you do it again, repeatedly, and expect nothing to happen to you. Congratulations, you are dumber than my 9 year old brother-in-law.

I just got this. Which was amusing because I have no idea what he's talking about...I always put my name on my rep and I pretty much don't leave neg rep. Don't think I ever have. Apparently the moron believes I left him some negative rep, yet since apparently "I" didn't leave a name can he really be sure?

For the record he really isn't necessarily wrong. That was my interpretation of the matter, but when it was discussed nobody made mention of whether the "die" part or the "homo" part was the more offensive part. Together it just seemed like a total douchebag sort of comment and everyone saw it for what it was.
