Also gutted medicare. I really don't see why Bill is a liberal hero. Y'all hate LBJ and love Clinton, when it clearly should be the other way around.
 
You can vote by mail in Utah, but you have to sign up for it and you then cannot vote any other way. I have all of my ballots come by mail, which I really like. The advantage is that you get to have all the time you want to figure out who should be the next dogcatcher or whatever. The disadvantage is that you don't get to sport an "I Voted" sticker on Election Day.

Your very first comment about Bill receiving these three quarters of a million dollar speaking fees because of his popularity is so stupid that I'm not going to even read the rest, though. I'm going to go on a bike ride to put a smile on my face instead.

They all say that any registered voter may vote by mail.

So which are all these states that do not allow people to vote by mail?
