You will meet a ton of people. It actually helped me out a lot as far as talking to people wise. I always hear how good I am with people and I am not scared to do anything anymore. It's a lot of socializing and talking to different people.

Retail sucks though if you're apart of management. The corporate bosses don't give a **** about anything.

Had a summer internship in a different city. Last day there, stop in a coffee shop on my way out of town and this girl comes up to me and starts talking. Now we're married with a baby girl. Life is fun.

See stuff like this makes me believe people are meant for eachother. Different city and you would have never met this girl if you didn't go in the coffee shop or literally went anywhere else.

That's true.. it's a bit trickier talking up customers though.. not very professional. You're lucky that your girl was applying for the job..
 
Went to a rave with a group of friends and a group of girls and grinded all night with what I expected to be a one night stand that has turned into a 6 year relationship....our grand children's faces when we tell them that story is going to be priceless

If you're saying there's one person out there for somebody, I wouldn't agree.

I love my wife, I think she's wonderful, and about as close to perfect for me as a person could be. If I had never met her though? I'm sure I would have found somebody that I would have loved and had a good life with.

The perfect person doesn't exist. All relationships involve compromise, fights, disagreements, etc. So I have a hard time subscribing to the idea that there's one person meant for you.
 
I'm only 19 and I may not know very much about this stuff but for one you need to reevaluate yourself and see what kind of girls you like and what kind of girls are in your league. Everyone wants the hot model but that's nothing when you find someone you click with and get along with. The more you like and are around someone the prettier they become.

I don't know. You could be wrong. You don't know what would have happened if you didn't meet her. The thing is you did and she's near perfect for you.

Not true for me. The more I'm around people (and truly get to know them), the uglier they become.
