I was offered a promotion at my job and in order to accept I had to go to two weeks of training in a town that was an hour away.

The training manager of the store I went to was looking to hire someone at the same exact time I was training. A few days in the two prospects she was considering either wouldn't come in for an interview or a drug test (slim pickings for sure).

She was trying to figure out what to do because she really needed another employee. Mind you this was all happening the same time she was training me.

I'm on the computer taking some certification classes and this is in sight of the register. The training manager goes "Do you want to work here" or something along those lines. Naturally that catches my attention so I look over and she is talking to this gorgeous blonde girl. (Come to find out this girl has been trying to work there since she was 16 but you have to be 18)

After they're done talking she walks out of the store with her mom and we make eye contact. I immediately go over to the manager and tell her we need to hire this girl. We had already had a laid back relationship so this made her laugh. I looked her up on Facebook and man she was just stunning.

Fast forward a little bit she gets hired and for the next week it was just non-stop flirting and smiling and talking. We were messaging on Facebook throughout the week as well. My training was up and I wasn't going to be at that store anymore let alone see her. She was playing hard to get and it was real tough to read her. Two days later she messages me on Facebook and eventually we started texting. At the time I really didn't think anything would come of this but I was really into her.

Fast forward some more after a month or so of non-stop texting and talking on the phone we go on a date. The rest is history as we've been dating for a little less than a year now.

We joke around a lot saying we would have never met if I went to training at a different store or if she didn't go in the store that day.

I don't work for that company anymore anyways which really adds to the story.

Two questions because I feel like you've answered these before but I forget.

1) Do you live in Utahr?
2) Was that job at the Dollar Store? I know someone here worked there and feel like that was you.

Well I like girls of different ethnicities and they typically don't have blonde hair unless it's dyed.

And white girls look better with brown or black hair too.
 
But yeah, good on you WC. Good to see you are happy or w/e. Those kind of stories always make me gag though.
 
I think red is best. Anyone who disagrees is an idiot. Okay on blondes. Probably in the middle of the rankings.

Agree on reds. Disagree on blondes. They are not even OK. Also people are not idiots for different priorities. Every race has their perks.

I live in Arizona and yes it was Family Dollar.

Lol funny thing is she just dyes her hair blonde. She's a natural brunette. Looks good either way but she likes the blonde better. It looks the best when she kind of blends it together instead of going straight blonde.

This makes sense. I'm into white girls but I've definitely had a few Mexican girlfriends.
