Trump/Hillary Debate

This is not a direct answer regarding Cuban, but let me just say what you said isn't necessarily true about "business people."

Forgive my sterotyping and I realize it's not always true, but business people that sell to the masses and are in the public eye will typically throw in with the candidate the masses of customers prefer.
Pander to your customers.

In large part it's why celebrities vocalize being liberal. It's good for ticket sales.
Hmmm... true... never looked at it that way.. LOL !!!

You kind of helped make my point.
And I don't disagree with anything you said, either.

I admit, I NEVER screw anyone... except I come out guns blazing against the obvious bad guys.
Lots here know me and can vouch I'm a good fair gentleman. But every now and then there's a ****ing prick that thinks they're super smart with their cons. I lick my chops on those guys because, a) they deserve it, and b) it's fun.

I don't view Trump as the same. I think many more are "free game" for him. That's the disgusting part.

U gonna come guns blazing when future Madame President Zephyr Teachout taxes u at 90%?

;)

Ya, cause Hillary Clinton has so much in common with the average joe.

Me and my friends enjoy stories of rich elitists getting special treatment from the DOJ and FBI even after committing treason and many other crimes. Along with her own questionable financial issues. Also, lying at every turn, saying whatever she thinks you want you to hear, and still be able to run for president.

Doesn't the average Joe and Jane politicians make a move from 2001 net worth of NEGATIVE $8,000,000 to a positive of $150,000,000 in 2016?

Pretty good considering salaries comparing similarly to a doctor.

lol, nah... but I can GUARANTEE you I NEVER pay more than about 35% no matter what the brackets look like. There will always be shelters and I never skimp on paying my CPA's and tax attorneys.

I liked it.
If I were advising him I'd tell him to explain all the ways he's exploited the government's "system" led by career politicians and how a man like him could change the system to better benefit the greater population.

I would own it.

And, believe me, it would work and would be yuge.
I've often wondered why he seems embarrassed of making products in foreign countries or of limiting his taxes when the obvious response is to say, "I did it because as a businessman my job was to maximize profits. It's the same reason that I'm allowing the media to finance my campaign (you're welcome, guys) and it's also one of the big reasons you should elect me to the presidency. I'll take advantage of the way things actually work, not the way some people might wish they would theoretically work, and I'll do it with the goal of putting this countries interests first."

The main thing I am taking away from the debate tonight is that businessman Trump is a slimebag. The tax thing diesnt bother me, and I get an old rich white dude being racist. I don't like it, but I get it.

The main thing that I think is utterly and completely wrong is that he admitted to stealing from subcontractors. He said, when challenged about why he didn't pay the architect, "maybe I didn't like his work." Even though he used the work that was completed and profited off of it, he admitted to being a thing and not paying for it. That is criminal. At the very least it should disqualify him from the presidency, and ideally he would face prosecution. He is scum.

I'm glad you brought this up.

Me and my average Joe friends were just talking the other day about how much we enjoyed stories of rich, privileged jagoffs cheating their way out of paying taxes so that even though they make 1000s of times more than we do, they end up paying less in taxes. In fact, we'd all agree to pay even more in taxes, if it means an extra yacht for some entitled candy-***.

Seriously though, I have no problem(well, almost) with honest people(even the rich) taking full advantage of tax loopholes. However, when steaming piles of **** get involved with some of the things Trump has pulled, it makes me sick. Filing bankruptcy and leaving everyone else holding the bag is something that should bring criminal charges, yet those with money and power can get away with that **** just by greasing the right palms.

It's ****ing disgusting, and NO it would not be huge for Trump. The people who be impressed by his exploits are already supporting chump, er I mean Trump.

Can't wait for this sick old lady to squash him like the bug that he is.

P.S Hillary is no angel either. She's just not as evil.
I agree with much of what you're saying, especially the part about bankruptcy. Yeah, it's legal to do, but it's rarely moral. The only exception would be where someone literally has no other choice (like in some medical bankruptcies). In my opinion he blatantly stole from those he used his bankruptcies to avoid paying.

Really? I think it's probably a net negative for ticket sales, but it's a big positive for getting the parts. I've heard a number of conservative actors talk about being blackballed for their political opinions. I've never heard a liberal actor claim that has happened to them.

Read what you just wrote and tell me it isn't what I said.
Producers want actors to pander to the masses that are most likely to go to the movies.

Truth^. The problem is that we have two major party candidates who have disqualified themselves, but it's a near certainty that one of them will be elected. My vote's going to Johnson. He's the only person who has a prayer of winning that I have respect for. Unfortunately he's pretty difficult to get excited about.

Hmm. I guess you're right. When I first read your comment I was thinking that there is an equally big market of conservative people, but I now realize you're right that the liberals are more likely to go to the movies.

So nothing Hillary has done that was Criminal that you think should disqualify her for? It sure seems easy for you to bang the hammer on Trump for a so called business crime, but gloss right over Hillary's national security risk, and election crimes. Geez, I wonder which ones are a bigger deal?

But go ahead and pander to the audience.

Lmao what?

Liberals and conservatives both go to movies. Is there data out there that shows liberals watch more movies at theaters or purchase/rent/Netflix DVDs?

One thing that I don't think gets enough attention is that Hillary's indiscretions have all taken place while she has been in public office, and Trumps have taken place as he was a private citizen. The difference being, Trump may have been a sleaze bag, but he wasn't committed to serving anyone but himself.

The only one that has truly "disqualified" themselves from being President is Hillary Clinton.

Reading through these comments makes me feel like you guys are talking about Surivior or The Bachelor or smth. OMG This whole ish is soooo stupid and irrational¡!¡!¡!¡!¡!
