Life - official thread

Hey guys, a friend of mine has a small penis and wants to know how he could make it larger.
Any thoughts I could relay back to him!

Just gonna get motion lights. Have a feeling it's the mailman scoping out the house, but who knows. I have a dog outside, but the dang thing slept through it haha.

Heh. My parents once had their house robbed while they were gone, including their bedroom. Their dog was asleep under the bed the entire time. (Granted, he was a tired, old, small, half-blind poodle, but still.)

Anyway, good luck with the potential intruder situation.

Flying home tomorrow. West coast trip was fun, but Portland has way to much traffic and way too many homeless people.

Kid#5 (two years old) loves his sissy.

Oh an I recently joined the American Rabit Breeders Association. I have not decided on a breed yet but I am partial to Mini Rex. I think they look like funny miniature Holstein Cows an Dalmations.

Just back home to St. George from SLC for 9 days.

The jury trial was EXHAUSTING. A real roller coaster ride of emotions.
Got almost no sleep at all. My legal team and I spent every day in the courtroom and every single evening until after midnight preparing for the next day.

I am very unused to being a defendant (or in court at all for that matter). This case actually didn't involve anything that I was ever personally involved with, but was against a company I purchased and something that predated the acquisition.

Kind of a humbling experience considering I have my fate in the hands of a twelve person jury and completely out of any 'strategic' control.

Closing arguments and jury deliberation was today with the most complicated ballot I've ever seen.
The verdict didn't come in. So, with Monday being a federal holiday, the deliberations resume on Tuesday.

I'm the most calm/chill guy I know (srsly), but this has been gut-wrenching.

Summary: life is great because my wife loves me (mostly) and my kids are great and healthy.

Glad to here you've got some great perspective. Good luck with everything!

One of my mentors growing up in business once told me, "Patrick, learn to love problems money can fix."

Seems shallow to some, but to others it's quite deep (albeit simple).

A great lawyer Harvey Spectre once said that it's always best to settle out of court if at all possible... too much uncertainties and leaving things to chance... obviously it wasn't possible in this case.

In this case my most dire outcome was far better than negotiating with an irrational plaintiff (that, btw, was not harmed, at all.. AT ALL).

And not to take away from Harvey's legacy, but 9/10 attorneys feel the same because the 1/10 badass trial lawyers eat 9/10 lunch. Beware of the atty that talks settling out of the gate. Weak.

Still waiting for a verdict?
