Never Trump

I'm totally convinced at this point one of three scenarios:

- Trump is suffering from the early stages of dementia
- Trump is under the influence of illegal drugs
- Trump is purposely trying to lose the election. Either he was a shill for the Clinton's all along (which I jokingly predicted a year ago) or this was all a goof or PR stunt and he never thought he'd get this far.

Whatever the case this is the beginning of the end. Trump has created the template for someone who is smarter, more polished and more strategic to come in and just dismantle our entire system - suspend the constitution, suspend habeas corpus, end our 3 branch system of checks and balances (which, let's face it, was on the way out anyway)...you name it.

This is easily the most depressing time in our history since the Civil War. Up until about 6 months ago, I always thought this country would survive despite itself. I give it another 25-30 years tops.

People supporting a Presidential Candidate that you don't like = the worst time in our History since the Civil War and the United States of America isn't going to last another 20-30 years?

Absolute garbage post, and exactly the type of overexaggeration I talked about a few posts ago.
 
While I'm not ready to sign the. death certificate of this great country just yet I think candrew is on the right track.

Trump isn't just another flawed candidate. He really represents something heretofore unseen in American politics. A true strongman authoritarian. He is has no interest in actual governance, his solution to all the problems we face start and end with himself.

You can call this hyperbole if you want, but there's a reason why his own party is running from him.

Truth is the movement he started resonates, he himself is the problem. I like that both parties will come out of this election in shambles as it MAY be the opportunity many want to rebuild the system. And BTW, **** the media.
 
You too have islamophobia if you dont vacation the middle east, in places like Iraq and Iran.

Its unfortunate that innocent american muslims have to deal with prejudice. Its even more unfortunate that innocent people get murdered in the name of Allah.

I find it really strange that the left wants everyone to be so tolerant of Muslims no matter what, but are not tolerant of Christians. Why is that?

Even Bill Maher sees the problem and calls it out. He is at least consistent on his views on religion. Which is more than you can say about other Liberals. His own audience boos him when he calls out the muslim religion and its barbaric ways. This is why I like Bill Maher Even if I dont agree with everything he says.
When you have intellectual honesty, it goes a long way getting people to see things your way and follow you. When you try to pretend something isnt happening, you arent going yo win people over. The majority of the Muslim nation hates America and is determined to destroy America. Fix that over there first please before you bring the hate and problems over here. Thats all people are asking. I dont think it too much to ask.

Me and all of the other Muslims just had a meeting the other day. We were talking about how we can't wait to wed all of ur lovely lily-white daughters and have 7 children with them and convert all of the kids to Islam

Its not even about religion. Im not religious. Its about death and Murder. You know, things humans literally cant live with.

Be honest. How many times have you went over to the middle east to vacation? Better yet, how many times have you went over to try and help innocent people? You probably never have. You know who does go over to try and help? Thats right. White Christians. People are giving their sons, daughters, and own lives to try and help. Which is a whole lot more than the social justice warriors here hiding behind their keyboards.

You know what Muslims need? A meeting, just like you suggested and talk about a way to stop growing hate coming from their religion. But you cant. You know why? Because the majority hates America and will kill you if you try. But ya, lets be real tolerant that.

Its unbelievable how quickly people forget that is was America, a mostly white Christian America that went over to Germany and fought Hitler. Thousand of lives were lost in name of fighting prejudice and racism. Those same people who fought that war are now are being accused of being racists and being compared to Hitler.

The disrespect for America and white people is un ****ing real right now.

The same people who fought in that war are also being accused by you of being American hating liberals.
