What's new

Life - official thread

Thanks, OL.

The resort I just bought has a plethora of tennis related amenities.
And I think tennis is the single most overrated amenity of all amenities (nationwide).
The cost to usage is awful.

The trend is toward FUN things the family can do together.

Ah ok, true.

I only use my drones for non-commercial applications, but I was asked by a friend to practice on his home we built for him at Entrada a few years ago.

Check it out (skip ahead to 1:30 because it's a new camera and I was calibrating it the first 90 seconds).

That's awesome.

I know you did a whole class on it, how long has it taken you to get to learn up to this point?

The class was specific to the thermal imaging camera. The 'normal' camera video (4k) I needed only about an hour of messing around with. Super easy because it's controlled by GPS and if you just take your hands off it immediately stops and hovers.. so no panic. Also, if the battery gets low it returns to the exact spot it took off from. easy peasy

I've still been working out.

Rowed 6,565 meters in 27:00 today, good for 422 calories. That's 15.63 calories per minute. Nothing special but I'm getting there.

I assumed that much. The most I've rowed in one sitting was 2000m. Just barely over 7 minutes.

You sure? That's flying. Like almost good enough to compete in fairly major competitions.

Let's assume it was 7:10. That's 1:47.5 per 500M. That's fast. Very. You're a very strong guy which helps but you don't strike me as the type to have the cardio to sustain that pace for so long.
