What's new

2016-17 Hype Train Playoff Chase!!!

lol, it's just the pic. I have hear no indication anywhere that anyone on the team is still growing.

And we all know every teams media team loves telling us that one of their players have grown 1/16th of an inch at every opportunity.

Last night's recap:

Jazz win! over the Lakers
Rockets beat Mavs
Thunder beat Suns
Warriors beat Pelicans

Today's games:

Grizzlies @ Knicks
Pelicans @ Spurs
Blazers @ Nuggets
Wolves @ Kings (Wolves are more of a threat IMO)

Yesterday sucked, no two ways about it.

Jazz, Mavs, Lakers and Suns lost. Spurs, Warriors, Clippers, Thunder, Grizzlies and Rockets all won.

Whats scary is that the NBA is even better than I thought.

Twolves - Players took a leap in progression, they just dont know how to close games.
Kings - Actually a decent roster, and will be tough to beat in their new arena. They arent a threat to do anything but annoy people, but they arent a push over.
Nuggets - Same as Kings. Will be tough to beat in Denver, and annoyingly not a push over.
Lakers - Now that Kobe is gone they can breathe. They look like they are going to be good in a a year or two once their young players learn how to win.
OKC - with a superstar unchained and a decent roster they will still be very tough to pass, or beat in SLC.

We have to fight almost every night to win. Sure an NBA can always beat you, but this year the talent level is off the charts even on the "bad" teams.
You have to have that rock solid system in place like the Spurs to watlz over these teams.

Last night's recap:

Nuggets, Kings and Suns lost. Clippers won.

Tonight's games:

Rockets @ Cavs
Lakers @ Pacers
Kings @ Heat
Bucks @ Pelicans
Grizzlies @ Wolves (win win?)
Jazz @ Spurs
Warriors @ Blazers (warriors? I see Blazers as primary competition)

OP standings updated

Should be bucks bolded. Always east over west. I think you probably just had a typo.

Lots of east vs west games tonight. Go east!

Last night was a perfect night for Utah!!!!!

We rolled the Spurs! hahahah Also all our main competition lost!

Grizzlies, Rockets and Blazers all lost. So did the Lakers, Kings and Pelicans but eh.

Warriors and Wolves won.

AS a result of last night Utah has moved into 7th! Let the climb begin!!!!

Tonight's games:

Jazz v Mavs
Rockets @ Knicks
Lakers @ Hawks
Pelicans @ Grizzlies
Blazers @ Suns
Thunder @ Clippers (win win)

OP updated! YUGE night!! CHOO CHOO

Another good win! Any night the Jazz win is a good night!!!

The rest is a mixed bag. The Lakers, Grizzlies, Rockets, Suns and Thunder all won.

But the Clippers, Blazers, Mavs and Pelicans lost.

I am thinking that our main competition will be Grizzlies, Thunder, Rockets and Blazers.

Tonight's games:

Kings @ Magic
Nuggets @ Wolves (eh)
Thunder @ Warriors (I see that Thunder as bigger rivals)

OP updated!

Tonight's games:

Jazz v Spurs Let's roll them twice!!!
Clippers @ Grizzlies (win win?)
Suns @ Pelicans (I like the Suns more and neither is a threat)
Blazers @ Mavs (Blazers are by far the bigger threat to Utah)
Warriors @ Lakers (eh)

Jazz won again! The return of Hayward!!!

Blazers, Kings, Mavs, Nuggets and Lakers also won. Suns and Grizzlies lost.

Tonight's games:

Jazz @ Sixers - 5 PM MT
Rockets @ Wizards
