The One-Day-Early Let's-Do-It-Again thread - 11/4 da Spurs

I suggest you guys watch the game between Minny and Denver at 6PM Mountain time tonight!
Both teams will have surpassed by the Jazz by as early as next season, Possibly the season after. Both teams have so much young great talent it is unreal..
Don't try to tell me the Jazz future is as bright. Your light can only shine so bright when your Best player is Hayward. Denver Mudiay is going be a load in the NBA when all is said and done. Denver has great young big guys. Guys who can actually play both ways and are not a one trick pony ala Gobert. Jazz are the better team at the moment compared to these 2 teams but not for the future. Denver has made some great draft picks in past couple drafts. They even have a highly regarded Spanish player still over in Europe because we don't need him yet. Jokic is the best big in the divison of the future except Towns who is an obvious special talent. Jokic is going be good before all is said and done. Please don't someone say Favors either. Eventually you are just who you are in the NBA. Everyone thought Dwight would develop great post moves and a jumper and eventually everyone just knows him a great defender and gave up the hope. Tthis funniest thing about some of you, With a player like Buddy Hield you would say he is 22 how much more can he devlop as a player but a 26.27 year old like Favors still has time to develop.lol Funny about some of you

I keep hearing this about Minnesota, and yet, they keep sucking. Wake me up when they can at least play .500 ball. The great thing is that, outside of Rubio, they are never really that injured either.

And you know who else sucks?

This game will mark the return of UGLI baby as #1 die hard Jazz fan.

After watching almost every single Jazz game since birth, I've watched like 3 games total the last 2 seasons.

I just ordered League Pass today and gonna be watching every game the rest of the season.
I signed up today too.
Cancelled two years ago after 3 weeks (yes, I got a refund from Dish). Last year didn't bother to watch after the free preview week. I was disgusted with DL for failing to sign decent players. And I still maintain DL wasted a couple of years: the young uns could have really benefited by learning from good vets, just as they're doing now. But I'm all in this season.

Right, because rebuilds should always happen overnight. This post just shows a lack of appreciation for what goes into rebuilding, and sometimes extending a rebuild by a year or two makes all the difference. Fans with unrealistic expectations just always assume things such as the trade for Hill could have been pulled off whether we had the #12 pick or not. Had DL signed some mediocre help to strengthen the bench last year, it likely would have gotten us into a first round asskicking, and ultimately made the team worse by giving us a later pick that wouldn't have made the Hill trade possible.

There's a good chance that if Exum hadn't come up injured, DL may have gone all in on trying to compete last year. The way things happened, it may well have been a blessing in disguise. You criticize DL for not improving the team last year, yet I believe you're one of the people who also trashed the trade for Hill, because you wanted another rookie instead. Stop looking anywhere and everywhere for things to complain about. Instead be grateful DL has put together a quality team that has a real chance to go deep in the playoffs, rather than rushing a rebuild to end up with a team that gets bounced in the 1st round year after year.

Watch what happens to Portland over the next few years. Many fans here have praised that team and have conceded to believing they are better than the Jazz.

Hide and watch.

Edit: To be fair, I do understand the frustration from fans over the way things have gone. Personally, I've been expecting Utah to move on from Treyd for the last two years, and I wanted Utah to gamble on Ty Lawson last year. Props to DL for having the patience to hold out until he had a chance grab a player like Hill.

Fair weather.

I'm so high on this team right now!!

I think the Jazz are 100% capable of beating the Spurs again tomorrow night. Then off on a 5 game road trip:

@ Knicks 11/06
@ Sixers 11/07
@ Hornets 11/09
@ Magic 11/11
@ Heat 11/12

I can see the Jazz going into the game against the Grizzlies on the 14th with a record of 7-4 or even 8-3(hard but possible) The night Hayward hopefully makes his return. Entering that game with either one of those records is an A+ opening all things considered.

Go Jazz!

I'd say that's about an A+ even if Hayward was never injured.

I think the Jazz are better than all 5 of those road teams. The knicks could be tough because its at noon than the back to backs. But the Jazz are the better team than all 5. I believe.

Hayward is close...

its a fun time to be a Jazz fan. Besides Hay coming back I'm most looking forward to start selling out the arena again and making it LOUD.
