So, the pain started a few days ago. I had sex the day before but we stopped and started again during it.

It is just the left side and the pain comes and goes. It isn't anything that I can't handle and I've felt around religiously for lumps or bumps but didn't find any. I have a doctors appointment tommorow. It's hard to explain what it feels like but the best way I can explain it is it feels like when you sit on your balls and the feeling when the pain is almost gone but you can still feel it.

Anyone have any stories about pain like this or stories in general? Any relevant info would be greatly appreciated.

I feel like I can talk to you guys about things like this and trust you so please don't let me down.

This. The pain goes away. It's not excruciating either like it doesn't keep me from doing anything.

Typically testicular cancer (and most cancers) does not cause pain. Most people find lump/lumps long before any pain starts. So at least you can rest assured that it is very unlikely to be something that serious.

Thanks man. This is the type of response I wanted. I have looked up the symptoms of cancer and I have none of them. Just a dull pain. Will let you guys know what the doctor says tommorow.

Possibly something like this. I don't think stopping and starting again minutes apart is a good thing for your nuts.

Is it twisted? Sometimes my right nut gets twisted, and hurts. I have to lift it up and untwist it. Then I feel better.
 
Hernias often present this way. Another thing that can happen is an inverted ********, where the ******** flips upside down and the tubes get twisted causing the pain. Could also be a blocked duct causing inflammation.

My initial thought was something got twisted or pinched. Since that is what most here are saying, I'm going to say it's a damn near guarantee it will be something different.

It could be that your wife or girlfriend has taken them from you and now they hurt. It happens to 99% of relationships.
