Fantasy Draft: Sandwiches

The BLT is such a subtle understated sandwich. It's great, a classic, but just so minimalist it's difficult to justify this high of a pick when so many good heartier sandwiches are left.

Like how mad would you be if a coworker went out to get lunch for the office, he comes back and everyone round you gets a Cuban, a rueben, a bacon cheeseburger, a philly cheesesteak, a french dip, a hot pastrami, and you open up your bag and you got a bologna on wonder-bread.

Reuben is a great pick no doubt, but it's tough to gauge because it can be pretty divisive. It's usually either someone's favorite or some person really dislikes one of the ingredients.
This was why I chose the French dip over the reuben.

Wes off to a hot start though. BLT and reuben is a killer combo.

Might as well be a pink slip between those slices of wonder bread.

I like mine with turkey, ham, bacon, ranch, tomato and cheese. (Also like some avacodo too sometimes)

Training table had my favorite club and dees makes a good one too.

What a waste of a pick. You criticize the best chicken fingers on the plant to put a much drier piece of chicken in a much drier and flavorless piece of "bread" so you are forced to cover it with flavor killing boring white gravy? You really need to lay off the ***** dude. Totally ****ed your sense of taste.

This is ****ing hilarious. I have yet to meet someone over the age of 12 who raves about chicken fingers.

Simple yet majestic.

Risky pick. Did you do the proper psych eval?

Man Opens Fire on Wife Because She Took a Bite of His Grilled Cheese Sandwich

An armed Maryland man incensed that his wife took a bite out of his grilled cheese sandwich held police at bay for three hours after he fired a gun inside the house, authorities said.

Daniel Brian Blackwell, 55, has been charged with attempted murder, assault, reckless endangerment and several firearms violations after he fired four rounds inside his Dundalk house where his wife and three children were about to eat dinner, police said.

The man, who was banned from owning weapons because of previous assault convictions, had 15 guns in his basement — four of them loaded — authorities said.

Blackwell’s wife told officers who arrived at the house that her husband shot at her through the kitchen floor after he became angry that she bit into his grilled cheese sandwich.

He fired four rounds at her from the basement, where he was surrounded by ammunition and weapons, according to a statement from Baltimore County Police.

Blackwell's wife and their three teenaged children ran from the home and called 911, police said.

Blackwell barricaded himself in the house for about three hours, and was arrested after he stepped onto the front porch and officers fired pepper balls to subdue him, the statement said.

He is being held for a psychiatric evaluation has not been arraigned, police said.

(Is it bad that the first thing I thought of after reading that headline was this thread? Glad no one was hurt.)

To make matters worse, Raising Cane's uses crinkle cut fries, which are by far the worst kind of french fry known to man.

White Chocolate is on the clock. Also, if it's not my turn within an hour, I won't be picking until late tonight or maybe even tomorrow.

I would have went with a Fish Sandwhich if with that pick if I was you.
