I dont give two ****s about the Russia business, but any time you see a fellow journalist attacked like that (and asked afterwards to stfu or they'd be booted out), you're doing yourself a disservice as a journalist by not standing up for the one who got chastised.
The other journos are being morons because with Trump, this will be very flavour of the month-- right now, his vendetta is against CNN. Next month it'll be ABC. He doesn't care about the networks-- all here cares about is which networks are providing negative publicity. If you do your job and report negatively on Donald Trump, you'll be called fake news and you'll be kicked out of press conferences.
Any one who doesn't see the slippery slope that this could become is quite honestly an idiot. Shame on the other journos for not asking the questions that Acosta asked (just as a **** you to Trump), and i'm curious to see how this develops over time
