Falafel Sandwich. This is actually my favorite day-to-day sandwich. There is no great falafel in SLC, but California has a ton of them. I always make sure to eat as much falafel as possible wheneber I'm in CA. It's probably the only vegetarian sandwich in this competition.
Falafel is made from deep fried balls of garbanzo beans with herbs and spices. I like my falafel with hummus, tahini salad, and pickles. On piping hot pita.

I really like that sauce, I cant think of the name, but it's the yogurt based ish.

Tzatziki? I've seen some places put it in a falafel. But where I come from, they use tahini with lime, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions. It's better.
