So if the Jazz can somehow not **** the bed in the next 2 games again LAC, and they by chance end the regular season tied overall and tie the season series, what determines that tie breaker?
Division record?

Jazz may be facing GS in the FIRST round. Sure wish we were a young, exciting team like the Nuggets. On the bright side, DL will either be forced to make a trade or acknowledge the rebuild has been a failure. KOC's strategy of retooling would have resulted in a lineup of Hayward, Millsap, Gobert, DMC and Hill or a different vet PG. We would have made the playoffs every year. We would not have Exum. And we wouldn't have been able to trade up for Burke (no extra pick). Jazz would have still been able to get Gobert and Hood with their own picks.
Retool>>>a half-*** rebuild in which you waste all your lottery picks.
I remember this exact kind of talk last year about Portland and how awesome their rebuild was compared to Utah. How's that going for you?
Honestly, Utah very well could end up a first round exit this year, but it's not because they've done a bad job of rebuilding this team. The biggest factor right now is that Favors is just not the same player. If we had borderline all star Favors instead of gimpy Favors, and we had Hill healthy all season, Utah would be right there with SA for 2nd best team in the west, and top 3-4 in the NBA. Injuries have killed us this year, so to throw a hissy fit and start yammering about how some borderline lottery team is better than us is just dumb.
Yes. But hey, we now have a 1-game win streak (against a sub-.500 team). I'm not sure why so many are worrying about who Utah might play in the 2nd round. The Jazz have a horrible record against +.500 teams. They likely will lose in the first round.Hello friends. What we see here is called 'overreaction'.
Do you even jazzfanz bro?Yes. But hey, we now have a 1-game win streak (against a sub-.500 team). I'm not sure why so many are worrying about who Utah might play in the 2nd round. The Jazz have a horrible record against +.500 teams. They likely will lose in the first round.
As for Denver, they ARE exciting. Jokic is a stud. Hernangomez and Mudiay are promising. Jazz have the better roster now, but that may not be the case in a few years. It might not be the case next year if either Hayward or Hill leave.
Do you even jazzfanz bro?
Been a fan of the Jazz for longer than most of you have been alive. What's wrong with recognizing another team is managing their rebuild better?
DL has Had four lottery picks: Burke, Exum and Lyles and a trade. We're hoping Exum and Lyles will be rotation players. But thus far, they haven't contributed much. Another lottery pick will have been wasted IF Hill doesn't resign. DL didn't skip steps; he built them out of rotted plywood.
Because they haven't. Denver sucks, again.
Jazz are fighting for HCA and Denver hoping to beat out 5 teams for the final playoff spot. 6 games below .500 I might add.
There is simply no comparing the two.
