2016 NBA Season Notes/Info

I'm a non-believer but there's a report from Philly that Ben Simmons has grown to 'almost 7-foot' 'between 6'11 and 7-foot'

Hasn't he just been sitting around with that foot injury? Wow did not know you can just be sitting around and grow that tall.

Pretty sure thjats an Iverson move from an old sneaker commercial.. thats gotta be a carry tho, I can do that ****, wouldnt even attempt it in a pickup game tho..

Al Horford is pretty damn mediocre for $28MM a year. Dwight gets the best of him when they play ATL..

****s gonna run the price up on Favors for sure..

Dunno how Horford doesn't affect Haywards decision to go there negatively, he's a massive downgrade from Rudy, it's not even close.

Yes, he is. But how much of that is offset by Boston's strong showing in the east and holding what looks like the #1 pick?

Hopefully two teams jump the Celtics and Lakers lol.

I think I'd rather be in the Brooklyn Nets shoes than the Pistons, maybe. Pistons just got such a miserable ****ing team. Max contracts to Reggie Jackson and Andre Drummond, both who get outplayed on a daily basis by their bench counterparts.

God damn son. The Suns gift the Lakers a lottery spot by winning a game then the Lakers **** it up and win a game. Suns/Lakers are ****ing up their respective tanks.

You may be right, Pistons just seems like it has a really low ceiling right now as a team.

If the Lakers lose their pick that means they've got next years pick tho. Lakers fans so goddamn annoying I hope they lose the pick but it's not the end of the world.

They could use Mo Bamba or DeAndre Ayton more than the top picks in this draft IMHO.

Henry Ellenson had 15 and 11 in that game last night. The Pistons need to melt down the roster and rebuild, they have value there it's just poorly pieced together.

The question is if they can bottom out once more with D'Snitchelo, Randle, Clarkson and INGRAM probably improving. It's also hard to imagine Luol being this trashy again for a whole season after being pretty decent in Miami as a PF.

Zubac too.. Lakers will probably try and pull the plug the first chance they get next season.. Pretty sure thats the move..

Ingrams gonna work with Kobe this offseason..

Should be interesting to see how they play it.. If it was me I'd look to unload some assets and down-shift into another tank..

Yeah but if they were dead serious about maximizing assets, they'd have pushed hard to become 2nd worst this year. Why do it next year, when players are truly improved and you gotta hold them back together with the coach? Doesn't make sense to me at least.

The problem with tanking is even if the FO or the coach wants the team to lose, it's still up to the players to play bad. But players don't want to play bad, they want to showcase what they got. They don't want some 'rookie' to replace them next year neither.

Well this is the thing. Next years draft u have this better crop of 7'ers who can play PF.. It's been widely reported the Lakers and Paul George have a ton of mutual interest.

If you're talking about George being like the final piece to the rebuild, I think, ideally, I'd rather have the last big lotto pick be Mo Bamba(DeAndre Ayton, **** even Mitchell Robinson..) next year even over Lonzo Ball this year, as their fanbase is so desperately hoping for...
