So true story. My wife is due in 7 weeks with our 3rd. She is huge. Moving is a major chore for her so sex has become very infrequent the last month and a half. But Wednesday night, I made a move anyway.
Now keep in mind, after our game one loss, I hung my Jazz flag outside my house and for the first 3.5 games that it was up, we dominated.
Well, at halftime on Wednesday night, up 15, I decided to call it a night. I went up to bed extremely confident the Jazz were going to win. The Thunder was listless. And I climbed into bed and began caressing my wife, thinking she’d shut down my advances. But, well, Wes has moves, and she wanted it. The problem was, I hadn’t shaved in a month. Now she can’t stand kissing me when I haven’t shaved in 4-5 days so you can imagine how much she must loathe making out with me when it’s a month’s growth. So she asked that I shave. At 11:15pm.
Wanting some action, I obliged. I was horny. Like super horny. I had some great wood going on. Sometimes it just feels a little better than others, a bit special. Well that was this night. So as I climbed out of bed, I looked at my phone and saw we were up 22. Beautiful. This night was gonna be perfect.
Then, I shaved. For like a really long time. And then I showered. By the time I got back into bed and checked my phone, we were losing by 7 with 1:45 left.
Regaining that perfect wood wasn’t going to happen. It just wasn’t. I’m not sure if it was because I had stopped watching that we lost or because I had shaved. But the inevitable loss (I knew we weren't coming back from down 7 with under 2 minutes left) ****ed with my head and as I climbed into bed, I just knew the sex wasn’t going to be as amazing as it would have had I been clean shaven and been able to fulfill MsSerp, sans hair, when we had first started going at it.
Don’t get me wrong. The sex wasn’t bad. It was actually good considering the maneuvering around that bump that had to take place. But damn if my testosterone and drive wasn’t as sky high as it had been when we were up by 22 in the 3rd quarter.
