You can ignore it, but it's clear it's a very appealing option.

They going to have a top 4 pick this year and likely next year too. Hayward can lead a young core that can still win 50+ games a year while they age and come into their prime. By the time their 2017/2018 Nets picks get into their prime, Lebron's reign of terror should be closing.

I think Utah is the better team, but Boston is set-up better to take advantage of Lebron's timeline while still winning a lot of games in the present.

Haywards next contact will have expired by the time those young players hit their prime and they are ready to compete. Hayward might leave but I think if he does it's not to go to a team to wait for players to develop over the next 4+ years to compete for a title. I doubt high draft picks are appealing to Hayward at all.

The negative on the Jazz is that when Gobert expires, he is going to be up for a huge max along with Hayward, so it will be hard to keep a 3rd piece with them (unless we can hit on these upcoming drafts).

Boston still has mystery on their end. They probably wont be able to keep Isaiah on long-term if they sign Hayward, so he has to really be confident in Boston's pick this year to reach his potential. Hopefully Exum left a bad enough taste in Hayward's mouth to not trust top 5 picks.

That's his best age to compete for a title though, most likely. After the reign of dominance of the Warriors/Cavs come to an end. It's the sad truth.

Of course he could just stay on Utah and be a #1 option for the next 5 years, continue to build his rep, and then ring chase at 32/33 (w/e age is his next contract). That is more of the textbook way to get a ring if you arent a top 10 player of all time.

John Wall has been mostly meh this series. He just hit the luckiest shot of his career. He really struggles if he isnt in transition at home.

John Wall is amazing even when he looks bad. He would make us instant contender. Like GSW 1 Utah 2 Cavs 3 in the whole league. Avery Bradley playing really good btw too, both defensivley and offensively. Game 7 will be really hard. I will root for Wizards. I think most Jazz fans will in this position

Holy smokes! 16 points in the first quarter by GS (they scored 16pts in the first three minutes against us haha). It's almost like San Antonio knows every offensive set GS is running and is one step ahead in their rotations. Then they pounded them in the post and executed their offense to perfection
