Where is Exum training at? He needs a new strength coach/ sports performance coach, that workout is straight garbage for him.

The Jazz send trainers with these dudes I'm pretty sure. I think that was Johnny Bryant doing drills on the court.

The basketball drills might be fine. If those are Jazz strength coaches that are the ones designing that workout in the weight room then I know why we are having a many injuries.

Does he look bigger than when he finished the season?

Yes. At least 10 pounds of pure muscle in the past couple of weeks. He will be one of the many players who will break the very laws of physics in amount of offseason muscle gain. You know, like every offseason on Jazzfanz.

P3. I don't see how anyone can look at the work Hayward, Kanter and Gobert have put in at P3 and come away thinking that there's a better option out there. Exum, Lyles, Neto, Bolomboy and Hood should be living there right now.

I want to be impressed or excited by these videos but it just ain't happening.

Thanks for posting them though.

Just have him dribble and drive left handed over and over and take jump shots off the dribble over and over - it is those two things that will make or break dante

LA is just a better spot to workout. More NBA players there to train with and learn from. Most of Hayward's work isnt done at P3. I'm pretty sure P3 is mostly used as a testing center and reference point. I dont think any Jazz player has stayed in the P3 area for anything more than a week or two, from what I read.

Some of you guys just need to shut up. All you do is hate. Hate on what he's doing, where he's doing it, how he's doing it, what it's accomplishing, etc. Be positive or stfu.

You realize Ron runs (owns?) his own sports performance company in Utah, right? He's not just any dingaling spouting his opinion.

Some of them have/ will train longer but you are right, the Jazz more often use them for testing and just showing them workouts they should be doing. I think the players that use them longer get a big benefit from them. If he wants to train in LA though there are some good places there as well. I think there are many places as good as P3. Although I am very partial to their focus on post activation potentiation oriented complex training. The down side is P3 tends to get too fancy with some of their stuff.

He needs to shoot 10s of thousands of corner threes this off season. I would love for him to learn a little floater in the lane too so he doesn't have to drive hard and fall awkwardly to the floor whenever he drives the lane.

I would like to see that as well. He needs to become a solid three point shooter. He does have a floater but it is very awkward looking.
