On NATO, many of those spending increases were things promised under Obama's tenure. For example: Romania's increased spending.

He hired border guards, good. Obama was the "Deporter In Chief". So it's not like the current president has set any new trend here.

Terrorists out? His travel ban is not being enforced and it is entirely to early to tell if any of his policies are having a positive outcome. Not to mention not a single attack has come on US soil from the refugees. Not one.

So basically you are hanging your hat on him re-starting the keystone pipeline (something almost already finished) and his lobbyist ban (a good thing IMO). Not really a lot of success there.

I hope he turns out to be excellent but let's not start singing his praises till he starts accomplishing things.

Actually this is a blow to one of Trumps agendas. The freezing out of Iran and the forming of an "Arab NATO". It pushes Qatar right into Iran's arms. Syria, Lebanon and Iraq are already there. Qatar also hosts the largest US base in the region...

Trump had a minor role in this and again it's a mixed bag.
