Yesterday on the Boston sports show Felger & Mazz (98.5 The Hub)one of the hosts said he had "insider" information that Hayward has made the decision to come to Boston. Even though he was "torn" about the decision. Here was the reasoning:

-Underappreciated. Utah market is too small, not getting any recognition.
-Thinks he should have been an All-Star the previous two seasons. Blames that on Utah market.
-Wants to play in the East, away from Warriors.
-Likes Celtics system/Brad Stevens


Nothing groundbreaking here, but thought I would pass along the "insider" info.

He wiped his *** loked at the signs on the paper....."sources". Till Woj drops a bomb I believe nothing lol. Got my blinders on tight.

As much as I think that any given individual Jazz fan would understand Hayward going to another team I cannot fathom the amount of sheer hatred and vitriol he and his family would face were he to leave. It would be like DWill wrapped in a Derek Fisher nestled in a box of Enes Kanters. There would be a gofundme to bring Delonte West onto the Jazz for a 10-day contract when they played Hayward and his new team.

I am not sure I would boo him... it would be a lot like Durant to me. I loved watching him... loved watching the warriors... I don't like that he left and it takes the shine off of him for sure, but I understand the move on his part.

This is not indentured servitude. Guys can go where they want... it is more like being dumped... just hurts the feelings. If Hayward leaves my fan feelings will be hurt.
