STAYWARD

There is no way in hell Hayward hadn't decided a while ago. NO WAY. It doesn't make sense. He's known the situation for a very long time. I'm really annoyed he's opted to go the diva route.

A million times this. Not only had he decided some time ago, but he decided to go to the Celtics. Everything that happened the last 6 months points to that, and it points to the Celtics knowing this. Just like LeBron back in 2010.

If he had decided already then he could just have told the Jazz I am not going to sign with you. So more speculation doesn't make it true. You sound like the diva, demanding an answer before he is ready.

Need I remind some Jazz that there were boos when he was drafted and that many of the same people who are bashing him now have dissed him saying he isn't this or that. I thought he wasn't worth the Max because he came off a poor season even. So fans want total loyalty but show little if a player isn't perfect.

Thank goodness he's going to the Celtics, whose fans are less demanding and more level-headed than us.

Twitter flaming the fire a bit. Until I hear it from Gordon, I wait and if he decides to go then I don't care what happens to him because I won't cheer for him if he is playing for another team.

lol fml, i cant look away

Dude, he's just doing it for publicity and expanding the name of his brand before he brings it back home to Utah. It's a masterpiece, or some ****.

Really trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. Gotta be a tough decision. What I'd tell him is that when a choice is that hard, the best thing to do is usually nothing. In other words, keep doing what you're doing. He'd find himself feeling much more at peace if he'd just stay.

dude, don't go all butthurt on me. I think my theories about Hayward using this as a springboard promotion-wise are basically proven. But then the situation got out of his control. Obviously.

This isn't just Jazz fans, BTW. Fans from around the league are criticizing the ****ty way this is being handled.

I think anyone with half a brain who isn't a fan boy could see this for the debacle it is.

I bet you've got your hair cut just like Gordo, don't ya?

Deflection doesn't change the facts.

The fact that fans' emotional investment makes the tens of millions these players are making possible? And that I think it's reasonable to expect some amount of the same emotional investment from the players?
