That pass was brilliant. No hesitation, right on target, after an aggressive steal. Donovan Mitchell is going to be an allstar in the league. I like him better than Lonzo Ball.

No, I think Ingles is the starter all year. Exum should be the 6th man.

I think the opposite ...Ingles will be the 6th man because he can play 2 guard and SF but also I think he's going to be the Draymond Green in Utah's lineup.
It was obvious Joe Johnson couldn't keep up with Green ,same for Favors but Ingles would be good at it matching Greens feistiness with his own.
Jazz will want Rubio and Exum as they can be the best tandem defensive guards in the NBA.
And finally the Jazz are going to want Exum's scoring over Ingles every game.This is where Exum is ready to contribute.He looks to be ready to challenge everyone who guards him.

I just see very little chance Ingles isn't a starter.

I was one of the few people who saw some life in this kid during the second half. Yes, he made mistakes, and has a lot to work on, but I saw improvement.
Namely his ability and willingness to drive. He was a fawn his first year in the league. Now he looks like he was to be a Buck.

Get Excited:
1. His speed, and blow by ability.
2. His 3 pt shot is coming along.
3. Willingness to attack, and draw contact.
4. His vision is improving.
5. His length still excites me (thats what she said).
6. His defense.
7. The chemistry he seems to have with Mitchell.

Went back and watched some of his summer league highlights from last year and it's mostly just him making open jump shots. He did show some pretty good post moves as well, and I can see why Denver thinks he still has potential.
