The only connection between Davis and the Jazz is his forearm on AK47's face.
Dante most likely did this on his own.

I read somewhere that Quin made the connection with Baron Davis.
Can't find where I read that now.
It looks like Davis has found his post-NBA career if he has been helping Exum play this well. Here's what I found:

Dante Exum says he intends to continue working with Baron Davis at times throughout the summer. Quin Snyder helped get the two together.

I've been wanting this for years. Wouldn't mind having a Gobert spend some time with Mutumbo as well. I think he does some mentoring.

That would be good too. I love the fact that Quin set this up. Last year, loved the fact that Gayward worked out with Kobe, although obviously now I would prefer for him to have a career ending injury.

Interesting. I wonder what Quin's connection to Baron is. Anyone know? I looked at their Wikipedia pages, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baron_Davis and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quin_Snyder, and didn't see any overlap.

could be some LA-based connections. Synder was with the Lakers, and Davis is around.
Quin has been in coaching for a long *** time. I'm sure he knows a lot of people and I'm sure Baron is probably looking to get more serious about his post-playing career and possibly into training/coaching/whatever. He is probably training Exum while Exum's player development coach is training Baron on how to train.
Baron never had the best work ethic reputation, so he probably has to start from the bottom and work his way up.
