RUMOR: Joe Ingles to be offered 4 years at $60M by Orlando

As an uninformed voter can someone quote the bet and what was being betted on for me? There's seems to be a lot of discussion about something that should be black or white.

He bet that Ingles would get a $15 million/year or larger offer. I bet that he would not. Agreed that it should be black and white.

I like Cy. I think he adds a lot of good things to this board, but anybody who's been here for more than 3 seconds knows the dude likes to argue. If arguing for the sake of arguing is fun for you then by all means go for it, but if not I'd say just let it go. Just my 2 cents.
